Impeachment is almost over, he will be aquitted within days

Coronavirus much more interesting, and little Brexit parties tomorrow

US politics will be back to a snoozefest next week

 

Good riddance! For those who were watching yesterday, we saw Dershowitz make the shocking Nixonian argument on Trump's behalf that the President can legally do anything he thinks is in the national interest, including getting himself re-elected! And nobody is watching cuz it's soooo boring. Lurching toward dictatorship!

One of the valuable things that's been gained by the Senate "trial", despite the foregone conclusion, is to expose the intellectual vacuity and spineless cowardice of Senate Republicans. John McCain must be churning in his grave. We can almost hear his voice crying out "Et tu, Lindsey!"

 

That growth rate may be "okay", but it's a far cry from the 4% growth Trump was promising back in 2016! Promises, promises!

 

Its gonna be great, believe me!

One last thing, don't any of you try talk about economics, you just embarrass yourselves

2% is a big deal if pretty much every country on the planet is doing worse than that

One thing this trial has shown, is that republicans are chickenshit cowards and most likely approach trump on their knees when in private. He's a lying, crooked son of a bitch and his many transgressions against decency have been chronicled in many, many stories/books for all to read and for ANYONE---ANYONE --that STILL admires the prick--needs their fuckin' heads examined to determine if there is any INTEGRITY left in their skulls at all. SUCKASS MOTHERFUCKERS!!! And next time I'll tell you how I really feel.

Besides, any turd can revitalize an economy by simply undoing formerly made changes made to transition to a more ecological responsibly economy.
Bringing jobs back by importing less steel etc. from other countries is good for the US, but that still doesn't make him a good president. His aggressive business man tactics does not only have positive results (of which remains to be seen if they're longterm beneficial)

Because Trump thinks his economy is so bad, now he wants to cut Medicaid some more and put more poor people out on the curb without medical care. Here in Indiana, there no government services for the poor to speak of, and Medicaid is frowned upon by the Republican controlled government. They accuse the poor who seek help of stealing from the rich hard working Republicans, when someone requests help. Other states have winter time home heating assistance, but here in Indiana they refuse such assistance for the poor people. I know several people who died in their 50s because they were refused medical services. One guy I know is Patrick who had no insurance and had a stroke. He was forced to leave the hospital on the same day and go to a homeless shelter, without any medical care. Terry died on the sidewalk of a heart problem, because he had no insurance. Richard died of similar heart problems, because of no insurance. Now Trump wants to cut Medicaid and Medicare for the poor people while his rich friends fly on the Lolita Express to private islands.

I wouldn't mind exploring many islamic holy and historic places, but if I would have to do it with you, stormountainman, I would likely say thanks but no thanks. Not trying to be mean, but if you express yourself 'irl' in a similar way as on here its not worth the annoyance for me.
