Certain people as in those who are oblivious to the struggles minorities face every day, not as in ALL white people.

She even followed it up and said she felt most people were good and empathetic

So I guess she's talking about the racist white Americans. What's stupid about this is the idea that white Americans know nothing of discrimination.

 

She sounds like she's being racist herself.

 

I've been to prisons which handle race better than this forum.

I avoid slapping that label on members. It escalates quickly and mods get dragged in.

Well, it's a long shot; however, a rich and privileged minority could know something about discrimination, since they have a refined discriminating taste and require the finest things in life which the poor deprived classes and untouchables are prevented from having. Bob Marley did say prosperity is to be pursued but never attained in this life.

 

See? This is exactly my point. I say it would be nice for white Americans to experience what it is like to be a minority and the response is "wah! You're wacist!!!" so fragile is the concept of white privilege when challenged. Cant say a word about white people without triggering righties. I thought we were the snowflakes. For the record I am not racist and love all people. Including white ones. Some of the closest people in my life are white.

Iowa caucuses tomorrow... so excited and nervous. I have been predicting for a long time that Iowa and NH would paint a different picture than the current polls. Time to see if my prediction is right. When does NH vote? I know its soon
