So you voted for Trump for the same reason you voted for Obama. You thought he was an outsider. Sorry to break the news to you, but trump is not an outsider. He regales in being a politician. He is swimming in the swamp.

    you don't know that
he just likes to associate with them, and give them medals..

McConnell doesn't know that, and Ryan is no longer in Congress, and I will admit that Pelosi has been there too long.

I'm just here to say narcissistic personality disorder isnt the same as just being into yourself and believing in yourself

    That's all

  4. This is where I'm supposed to snark out with "Did I say ..........." but I don't usually bother. Trump was one of them for decades, democrats LOVED him. So what changed? Was it him deciding to take their power from them? Seems like a powerful incentive to be vindictive.

  5. Oh he's heavily invested in self love. So is Pelosi. We're dealing with some of the most lofty people on earth. So it should come as no surprise they think strangely from the rest of us.

It would be mildly amusing to me if the very first male first lady came about because ya'all voted in a gay guy (butter gedge) before ya'all voted in a woman ;)

Yeah, I dont care about any of that.

It seems like it would be hard to keep pretending this is all just a conspiracy cooked up by the Dems to make Trump look bad when anyone with eyes and ears who isnt a total idiot can see how Trump is

I dont think that's the definition of narcissism. Like at all. Believing in yourself and striving to be good at what you do isn't the same as thinking only you matter. Narcissists have a distorted view of their self worth. They think they are the most important people. It's a literal mental health disorder. Successful people work hard

You said you are gay so I would think you would be happy to have a gay couple in the wh.

  14. There have been plenty of people who hated themselves and actually killed themselves who were successful as well.

I'm concerned. And I would like to hear a serious response from republican folks as to why we should elect a republican president in 2020.

I feel like there is nothing positive about closing up borders for example. That's the only policy I can really think of right now. That and the trade war that's all but over with China (I'm actually in the dark as to the status of it). The reason I oppose a trade war is because it puts us in a warlike posture in my humble opinion. It's like we're an argumentative imbecile. It feels like the country is really asking for trouble when we're in an economic tumult. Like we can't accept reality. And like we haven't learned to negotiate better terms without being like a child.

So those are only two republican policies I disagree with. It feels like Democrats have introduced a new political ideology (cue for someone to step in and correct me - that these have been on the agenda for years if not decades... :D ). There's a Green New Deal being talked about. I'm not sure how republicans feel about it honestly, but I think it'd be a vast improvement over what we have now. There's healthcare too. We are talking about better healthcare for people. I'm not sure what the other side of the aisle is saying about that. Which is why I'm asking. What is the direction for the future What's on the agenda?

Also, I think it's four more days (the 11th) until the New Hampshire primaries... I sort of hope Buttigieg wins it only because it will show that we aren't just fluke-y flunkies; we're consistent & voters of the Democrat party. And then for Bernie to sweep the nation thereafter. :D

Well, on the trade war thing, we are now never going to be able to seperate the impact of that, with the impact of:

"Analysts are already downgrading growth forecasts sharply as the de facto lockdown of Chinese cities engulfs most of its core economy, extending as far as Guangzhou, Tianjin, Ningbo and the crucial industrial hubs of the greater Shanghai region. Almost 400 million people are now under some from of coercive quarantine."

Chinese financial shock gathers steam as world holds its breath on coronavirus

    Yeah...

It's completely awful and I wasn't trying to swipe at them... I just thought that the trade war, while warranted based on the allegations of stolen intellectual property information or whatever it was and the unbalanced trading (which shouldn't have happened but was allowed apparently), was a blunder because we shouldn't get bellicose with the Chinese. They are our biggest lender I think incidentally.

  20. Even gay folks know a cheap political stunt when they see one.
