Simply you saying "something of that affect" just goes to show how ineffective our grandparents were during WW2.
I heard a rumour these secret Les Parnas audio tapes reveal what kind of dinosaur the loch ness monster is
That's absolutely true. I didn't think of it that way. The thing with the housing bubble is weird. I'm not sure I fully understand how it was generated even though I've done a paper on the bailout. What I know about a little is the securities being grouped the way they were was irresponsible because of exactly what happened - the investors lost a whole lot because the securities were based on mortgages that were subprime unsafe loans that people bought into at low introductory (predatory) rates and then their interest or whatever kicks in. Anyway... not only was predatory lending unchecked, but they didn't say "hey, you can't bundle those mortgages and sell them on the stock market because they aren't a secure product!". So the auditors and accountants blew it for not catching that if you ask me. After the fact, there was a big stink in the accounting industry. Generally accepted accounting principles were reviewed. There was a lot of talk about Sarbanes Oxley - 4 Ways Sarbanes-Oxley Stops Corporate Fraud
Yet former Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich would like to kill it. Silicon Moon: "Repeal Sarbanes-Oxley" by Newt Gingrich Why Gingrich Is Foolish to Back Repeal of Sarbanes-Oxley Republicans. Gotta watch 'em.
That guy is gungho Trump too, if I recall! But repealing/relaxing all of the constraints on our financial industries is a mistake, obviously. They love money sooo much that they can't get enough of it? I don't understand what the motivation is honestly. I guess that overregulation makes us less competitive with China or something, but that doesn't motivate me! It's a farcical approach to governance.
Hmmm Now what does that say about Democrats who keep losing to these idiots and a guy with a walnut sized brain
It indicates the 2 party system is not working properly anymore. And that your country is polarized thanks to people like you AND stormountainman.
