I saw it twice...first kid was born during this….I was escorted at 2am by popo heading to the hospital..got pulled over in the evacuation zone and escorted at 100k through town to a different hospital where we were then told to go to a third hospital where my daughter was born....gee that triggered a memory...wife was brave i'll give that ...

this....during the evacuation our street was the border...south side was evacuated and the north side was not....my backyard backed onto that street

Yup, well I'm not sure about America but different colors definitely cost more here, I think any diff color truck than the white was at least 3500€ from memory.
