its easy enough to unintentionally deceive ourselves so that we believe we are being honest when we're not. but i don't feel its terribly difficult to observe a major distinction between that, and knowingly and intentionally deceiving someone else for your own supposed benefit.

without even looking, and i will, its not that any one of them can't be faked, its that the odds are pretty well against anyone faking all six of them at the same time, of even realizing that they're doing them. as infants, were are all born with noticing them, even if on subconsciously, because you know, it actually helps the survival of a species, to be born curious about everything, even if it does cost the lives of some percentage of them. so we all have, are born with, a kind of truth sense, that most of us loose as we get older growing up, because in most cultures, or at least today's dominant ones, the process of enculturation, trivializes and obscures it. and i almost always pause before answering anything, because my thoughts are not usually in words, and it takes a moment to translate them and considerable effort to avoiding misstating them, and to formulate a way to state them in a simple enough manor, when that's even possible, for someone else to understand them.
Have you heard of the Liar's Paradox OP? "This sentence is a lie." If the sentence is true, then it is a lie and therefore not true. If the sentence is indeed a lie, then it is not true but in its non-truthiness it is true.
