i actually have no idea what the context even was for the comment i quoted. as one of the few still working full time, it's impossible for me to keep up with the virus threads on here. i keep wanting to reply to that other big one, then i look up and realize i'm 70 pages back in it. i just decided to give up on that and jump to the end of all of them.

Here is what the House says about coronavirus response/stimulus. I read the whole thing and I have to admit I like what they're proposing. It seems more adequate than the original bill because it includes more common elements. For example, the Senate bill didn't mention things like internet or utilities. This one does that. It also goes after price gouging!

-Study on climate change mitigation efforts
