I just see all those high rise apartment blocks, the eyesores that they are, and think, really, is this the apex of human civilization? The whole world looking like that?

Cant everyone just cover their eyes for one day, and we set off a whole bunch of nukes around the world so that years later we get back to the birdies in the trees, deer and antilope chasing butterflies on their noses, and monkeys and buffalo roaming about

I understand, but the numbers per hospital arent huge. No biggy to set up a bunch of field hospitals, FEMA already has, and move some people around

Maybe we do need to just shut the media up for a week or two so everybody stops freaking out more than they need to

 

There are also a bunch of comnercial jets just sitting around doing nothing at the moment, as well as a crapload of young unemployed people without asthma

Murica cant set up a few temp quarantined hospitals in warmer areas on secluded military bases, fly the extra people there?

 

What if Charles and Boris dont even have it, but used like Tom Hank to invoke hope..
