Oh I was being a bit silly. I get the rules. But it's hard to take seriously when they sound designed for towns and cities. I could go outside five times a day and see no one, even in normal times. I guess my life is pretty close to self isolation anyway so I don't really have to try, so then I forget I'm not meant to go outdoors more than once. But as I said, this is ridiculous in my case anyway.

And for work.. Work from home if we can, don't go out for unessential reasons. I get that. But my boss is willing to pay me a few hours a week to do things in the shop that need to be done whether we open or close.. So is it essential, since work for money for food is essential? And I'm in a closed room near nobody else so no reason why not. But I'm not clear on if that's technically allowed and whether it's fineable.
