    Under the influence of mdma the other night I made a half arsed promise that we haven't spoke about but feel I should owe which was to not smoke weed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. So basically when I go to bed in 6hrs I will go to work and then that's it, no weed until Friday morning when I come home.

    I think I'll just do some exercise in the mean time to keep my mind occupied. Crunches, squats etc. Get my summer body looking fine.
