Ok, well, US is one of the few countries that could even afford a 6 month lockdown

A lot of other places, it's just not possible

The choice after another month is going to be keeping your borders closed until a vaccine that's years away....or not

...and oi Vey, shit storm either way

You didn't hit 100 deaths until March 16th, wouldn't have been able to convince everyone of a lockdown until then. At most he is guilty of fucking around for 2 weeks....which is what every other world leader did anyway

If Trump fires Fauci, who do y'all think would replace him? Dr. Oz? Dr. Phil?

Looks like its just about to happen Mel darlin' !!!

Hephatrump's next employee in the firing line !!!

Trump retweets 'Fire Fauci' coronavirus message in Easter Sunday Twitter rampage

President Donald Trump on Sunday retweeted a message from a supporter criticising infectious disease specialist Dr. Anthony Fauci, one of the leaders of the White House effort to battle the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

And the message included a #FireFauci hashtag.

The tweet was part of a flurry of messages Trump fired off on Sunday, many of which attacked the media:

The message refers to a CNN interview on Sunday in which Fauci, who is director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, was asked about a report that his team pushed for earlier social distancing measures, but were rejected by the White House.

CNN's Jake Tapper asked if earlier action could have saved lives.

"It's very difficult to go back and say that," Fauci said diplomatically, then added:

"I mean, obviously, you could logically say that if you had a process that was ongoing and you started mitigation earlier, you could have saved lives. Obviously, no one is going to deny that. But what goes into those kinds of decisions is complicated."

Trump last month said he and Fauci "get along very well," and called the highly respected infectious diseases specialist "extraordinary."

Fauci, for his part, has defended Trump as well.

"The president has listened to what I have said and ... what the other people on the task force have said," Fauci said in a radio interview last month. "When I made recommendations, he's taken them. He's never countered or overridden me."

Trump's Sunday message ― part of an Easter tweetstorm attacking the media including Fox News host Chris Wallace― could signal a rift between the two.

So your defense of Trump, the most powerful man in the world, leader of the greatest country in the world, a "stable genius"; is that he sent a message out to the world, but he didn't notice what was in it?

Yeah, how dare they report on what Trump did in that "briefing"!

And why do you compare them to China? What's with that?

We now have nearly 24000 dead and nearly 600,000 infected people in America, because of Trump's capitalist stupidity. And now both Republicans and Democrats can see socialism is the only remedy to repair and restore America's economy. Yes sir, it takes socialism to fix capitalism.

There have been many churches across the country who have insisted on holding services during stay at home orders and shelter in place orders. One such church leader is Bishop Gerald Glenn of New Deliverance Church in Virginia. He issued a public statement on March 22nd to his flock which claimed God is larger than Coronavirus. On April 14th Bishop Gerald Glenn is dead because of Coronavirus.

That's what I think Vlad. That Orison can't handle any talk from anyone about Trump. I often wonder what it is that Orison sees in that fat assed sufferer of narcissism?

We've been over this... He's also guilty for how ridicilously he communicated about the virus. Preposterous wrong info... simply because he thought it was an option to bluff and downplay the risks.
Rivaled in this stupidity by Bolsonaro and only surpassed by weird regimes like Turkmenistan.

He enjoys acting like hes ripping you a new asshole with his comebacks. You make it very easy because you can't resist trying to get at him when he makes a muslim joke, portraying it nonsensically he must hate muslims. Your comebacks are lame so very often. I can't blame Orison. It's like an easy fix :p

CNN anchor Chris Cuomo says his COVID diagnosis has made him rethink his career: "I don’t like what I do, professionally, I’ve decided … I don’t value indulging irrationality, hyper-partisanship. I don’t think it’s worth my time anymore.”..
