Curry sometimes.

 

I cooked a very mean Beef stew curry on Tuesday with lots of suet dumplings too !!!

 

Rice and minced beef.

 

I am useless cooking curry. We need a curry thread.

Blimey you do love your dumplings. lol

 

Absolutely Candy darlin' - was watching a programme on television last evening about two chefs in Vienna - it was fabulous !!! - they had to make dumplings too !!!

 

But difficult as we need a good chef for a curry thread.
I do prefer homemade rather than youtube.

Curry is fairly easy to do - (it has to be, since I can make one). Just think curried stew - that's all it is really

 

Can't cook to save myself. We'll if you count being able to caramelise everything as cooking then I can. Lol

So I'm trying to take a student loan. The only problem: I have a bachelors. I spoke with our Financial Aid department at school and they seem pretty sure it won't work. They have a committee to review these things. Only in cases of extenuating circumstance are such loans granted. I have to explain why my situation is special.

So I will give them a letter explaining that I'm in treatment for mental illness and that was the reason for poor performance and incomplete coursework in the past, and that for the last 3 years my classes have been A's and B's with the exception of Forensic Anthropology which I dropped because it was more police work and less anthropology.

 

I hope I get the loan. The terms for Student Loans are much better than for personal loans, mortgages, auto loans, etc.
