Love is well you know when you. That feeling inside nervous, anxious excitement, worry, happiness all at the same time. If you have or have had this then you know

 

Letting someone go against all your own feelings. That selfless act of letting the one you love you go, to to be happy and fulfill their dreams, not because you want them to go but because all you want is them for them to be happy. It's this selfless act, I think, that helps define true love. Putting another person's dreams and wishes before you own. Even though it crushes you inside to do so.
