Ohio is experiencing increased cases. Face covering mandates have been issues for 19 counties.

In spite of Trump's stance against it, mask mandates are becoming more common. Various large national retailers such as Walmart are now requiring face coverings.

The mandates likely irk Trump who has been hoping for an atmosphere that makes the public appear that all has returned to normal as the election approaches.
