Pompeo will have the U.S. submit a resolution about sanctions relief for the purpose of vetoing it so that sanctions relief for Iran would be ended, relief that is based on an accord with Iran from which Trump removed the U.S. two years ago.

It's a desperation move by Trump and Pompeo. The fact that it comes this late shows that they have exhausted their other options.

Jake Trapper asked former Republican member of Congress if the Republican Party has become a new home for deranged bigots.

The latest snapback maneuver is exemplary of Trump who is known to burn his bridges and vacate multilateral agreements only later to desire the impetus of those agreements when all his tactics to try to obtain what he wants without them have failed.

His declaration of a (fake) national emergency to repurpose U.S. taxpayer money to fund his border wall after failing at all other approaches within conventional channels is another example of his mindset.

I'd say that's the plan, Security Council is a farce anyway, with Russia and China playing both sides all the time

A compilation of the ever-changing policy stances of Trump over a 511-day span, from June 16, 2015 to November 8, 2016.

    By Jane C. Timm
    July 26, 2016, 4:38 PM EDT / Updated Nov. 28, 2016, 11:59 AM EST

141 stances on 23 issues Donald Trump took during his White House bid

    excerpt:

"1. Maybe send troops in. Definitely go after the oil fields.

    2. Bomb the oil fields. Send some troops in.

    3. Send troops to defeat ISIS. Don’t forget about the oil fields.

    4. I've got this! I know more than the generals.

    5. Destroy the oil. Let our regional allies send ground troops. If they don’t, stop buying their oil.

    6. Declare war, send in some troops.

    7. I'm going to ask the generals.

    8. He's got a plan, and he'll tell you if asked.

    9. Do more with computers."

    Trump on immigration.

141 stances on 23 issues Donald Trump took during his White House bid

    excerpt:

"1. Build a wall, deport all undocumented immigrants..

    2. Deport all undocumented immigrants but bring the "good" ones back legally.

    3. Build the wall, deport criminals, triple the number of ICE officers, end birthright citizenship.

    4. Use a deportation force to implement policy.

    5. Trump might be flexible on actually deporting 11 million undocumented immigrants.

    6. Deport undocumented immigrants, but don't call it "mass deportations."

    7. A deportation force is "TBD."

    8. "I'm gonna do the same" as past presidents.

    9. I'm open to "softening."

    10. "There's no amnesty" but "we work with them."

    11. Deport "criminal illegal immigrants" within one hour of being sworn in.

    12. What's the plan again?

    13. A deportation force is not currently being discussed.

    14. The plan — whatever the plan is — has never changed.

    15. Deport all undocumented immigrants in due time, using a deportation force.

    16. Don't worry, hardliners. There's no amnesty and Mexico will pay!

    17. But "there's really quite a bit of softening."

    18. I won't rule out a path to citizenship.

    19. We'll pay for the wall, Mexico will pay us back, OK?"

If memory serves Trump won Ohio by 8 points over Hillary Clinton and just 2 1/2 months away from the General election
an incumbent is dead even with Biden in conservative state.

If those numbers are accurate trump is in deep shit.

You better stay focused on Australian politics because you know nothing about US politics. ...lol..

First of all it's not legit

And if it was this is just like the NFL. People choose to be employed by Goodyear/NFL and as such they agree to not bring politics into the job because it upsets customers.

I don't think you have ever worked a real job in your life if you are struggling with this concept and actuly think the GOP is a victim. It's pretty normal in America.

Don't kneel it's bad for the bottom line as it wearing a silly red hat.

Wearing Trump attire it a political statement where as BLM is a human rights statement Say that with me again HUMAN RIGHTS.

I just want to say to all the Conservatives please film it when you burn your tires. I know how much you guys love to show off that sort of thing. It's not enough to do a boycott because it has no results long term. The left needs to SEE you doing it so the less informed ones think it's means anything when it comes to profits.

Socialist Europe will be happy to sell you some tires but guess what they hate Trump too. So coming or going it seems your money is going to people who don't agree with you. :tonguewink:

Apparently Fox has blessed Euro tires. It's fine to put Americans out of work. I guess a tire worker is not the same kind of blue collar as a coal miner? They don't matter they not an all life they are an enemy life.

The stupid Republicans seem to forget that Goodyear is a corporation and can set code for dress and behavior within its own property. If there are challenges to its rules, they are usually handled in a court after a judge and jury determines any departures from legal guidelines. When Trump called for a boycott of Goodyear, he just demonstrated his own stupidity once again. Also, I agree: BLM is not a political Party.
