So I know nothing about this silly girl, I have given her the same advice I would give my own daughter. You aha
There is totally nothing that Greta or the USA or the EU or anyone else can do to reverse climate change. Its a natural phenomenon that has been going on since day one.
So, in a nutshell we should just continue to pollute the earth as much as we can... We should actually pollute more that we ever have in the past and continue to accelerate this as much as possible. Do I have that right? Because that is what you guys are promoting.
I'm all for looking after the environment like keeping rivers clean or not polluting the sea etc, but to pretend we can change the climate, seriously? Where I live we can't even fix the pot holes in our roads!
I support Greta on a personal level, good for her, you go girl But, come on, she was never going to acomplish anything The only thing thats going to curb emissions and garbage, especially plastic garbage is somehow drastically cutting the size of the human population
I'm not sold on the propaganda repeating line... I'm thinking Greta Thunberg is sincere. And you're giving her no credit/attacking her. It just looks like another tactic... A ploy to antagonize left-leaners on the web. I see through it, but I'm also inclined to stand up for what I believe. That's what you're probably counting on, and you can think that I'm falling for it all you like. What I realize is that you would have to be blind to think Thunberg is the enemy of the people of this planet. Also, you must have been living under a rock if you haven't heard of the things she talks about: She has addressed two United Nations' summits by the age of 16 She recently led potentially the largest climate rally ever She has given President Trump the glare She's testified before Congress She's been recognized by Time Magazine She sailed across the Atlantic, rather than fly She has been praised, and criticized, by world leaders and celebrities She is on the autism spectrum — and she calls being 'different' a 'superpower' Can you imagine all this & living with autism? Probably not.
