"McGinnis stated that the first round went into the ground and when the second shot went off, the defendant actually had the gun aimed at Rosenbaum. McGinnis stated he did not hear the two exchange any words. McGinnis said that the unarmed guy (Rosenbaum) was trying to get the defendant’s gun. McGinnis demonstrated by extending both of his hands in a quick grabbing motion and did that as a visual on how Rosenbaum tried to reach for the defendant’s gun. Detective Cepress indicates that he asked McGinnis if Rosenbaum had his hands on the gun when the defendant shot. McGinnis said that he definitely made a motion that he was trying to grab the barrel of the gun. McGinnis stated that the defendant pulled it away and then raised it. McGinnis stated that right as they came together, the defendant fired. McGinnis said that when Rosenbaum was shot, he had leaned in (towards the defendant)." Full criminal complaint is here (pdf): https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/7047810/Rittenhouse.pdf And McGinnis himself on Tucker Carlson There are not going to get murder 1
So, you acknowledge then, that he never said it was ok to shoot protesters then, as you claimed Good to see we are on the same page
In the criminal complaint it actually says after reviewing cellphone video "based on where it landed" it was a plastic bag As the video shows, whatever he did throw at him was cleary on fire however
Like every other weasley thing he says, he always adds a tad of ambiguity. Who will rid me of these meddlesome protestors? But the implication is clear. It's okay to shoot them with paint balls. But in the law, its not okay. It's assault and battery.
So trying to get a gun away from a vigilant gunman is now grounds for said gunman. "Trying to grab the barrel..." What kind of dystopian world are you trying to foist on us? Where was the deadly force? In Kyle's hands, it seems.
Looks like your hero Rottenhouser fired several rounds and killed a man. The video does not proven Rosenbaum is the one who threw the flaming object. Remember, your guy brought an illegally obtained weapon over the state line to place himself in a situation where he gets to act like the fake cop that he actually is. In America you don't get to act like a cop just because you take the notion.
Name some of the Antifa members who were present in Kenosha. I think they only exist in Republican White Nationalist nightmares.
And the left continually falls for it, jumps on it too fast, you get these outrageous headlines, then your everyday swing voters sees/hears what he actually says
The point that there was no reason to think the people he plugged threw the flaming object at him is crucial. Just because somebody did doesn't authorize Rittenhouse to shooting people--two no less. The self-defense angle is hard to swallow.
So I asked you once before, and you gave me a non answer, as usual. So I'll ask once again. What has trump done for you? Try not to deflect.
Trump tax return case delayed again. The subpoena was issued a year ago. Appeals court grants Trump delay in financial records case excerpt: "If Trump ultimately fails to win relief from the 2nd Circuit, his lawyers have already indicated they plan to take the dispute to the Supreme Court for a second time. That could leave the justices facing a politically sensitive emergency request from the president with just weeks or even days to go before Election Day. While such a delay seems like an obvious goal for the president’s lawyers, Consovoy insisted Tuesday that his side is not trying to drag out the proceedings. “Throughout this case, we have always accepted, and not resisted, expedited review,” he said. Vance issued a subpoena a year ago for documents held by financial institutions connected to Trump, as well as overseas affiliates. Trump’s team initially claimed the president was exempt from such demands for as long as he remains in office, but that argument struck out in the Supreme Court, which turned aside his claim of “absolute immunity.” However, the justices ruled that Trump may fight the subpoena on other, largely more conventional grounds, which triggered another, faster-paced round of litigation. Within days, Trump’s team renewed its argument in federal district court, arguing that the subpoena is an overbroad fishing expedition issued for political purposes. The lower court judge, Victor Marrero, said the new claims had no merit and quickly ruled in Vance’s favor, tossing out Trump’s suit. But the appeals court appears poised to slam the brakes again."
Speaking of outrageous, this is a good time to name the members of Antifa whom you claim were present in Kenosha to do all the nefarious activity.
Another one of Trump's supporters has been arrested in California for stalking and threatening a public official. It turns out the guy is a member of the Boogaloo. This is just one day after a self described Antifa Hunter was sentenced to over 3 years for threats against Democrats.
Trump was probably watching Fox or One America News. From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. excerpt: "2:42: Kenosha mayor refutes Trump's claim that his house was broken into Kenosha mayor John Antaramian released a statement to set the record straight after a comment Pres. Donald Trump made prior to boarding his flight for Kenosha on Tuesday. Trump said he saw people breaking into the Kenosha mayor's home and watched the coverage, according to a pool report. "Very stupid mayor. I don't see how he can be mayor. ... He still sticks up for them. Only a fool would stick up for them," Trump said. Antaramian pointed out that his house had not been broken into."
Trump sees and hears scraps of images and comments on twitter and Fox and tweets about it without thinking. He falls for slipshod information time and again and later is left with trying to clean up the mess he made for himself. His call to boycott Goodyear is an example. He was wrong about a posted image that made him upset. He should have first understood the facts before running off at the mouth. Trump is the type who may not even know that Goodyear is based in Akron, a city in the swing state of Ohio that he needs with polls showing him tied with Biden. He's trailing Biden in neighboring PA which he also needs.
Another example is Trump's mistaken perception that a terror attack happened in Sweden the night before he made the comment. He heard scraps of words on Fox about terrorism and the word 'Sweden' and thought that there had been a terror attack. As an alibi, Trump later claimed he was still right because he was supposedly talking about the situation in general in Sweden. But he specifically said 'last night' in his original comment, proving that he was talking about an non-existent terror attack.. Trump says he was 'right' about non-existent terror attack
