I went to Southampton and Portsmouth.

Historic parts are being demolished. I went to photo them before they are gone to dust.
Southampton docks will change forever.

 

Its still sad that many important bits of history are still disappearing at an alarming rate .

Another pub in our town centre has just closed possibly for good.. A victim of the lockdown . The bow window which is stain glassed is very characterful of the building. Its a pub that we all used to frequent at Friday dinnertimes and after work when I used to work for the bank next door but one .

 

It breaks my heart.
Very sad to me.
I love stained glass.
A dying art.
