The Fox news argues that they Covid numbers are way off. That people died because of under laying conditions .So they were going to die anyway. Lets put it this way

Your parents are driving down the road Both have high blood pressure but it is under control with medications. A drunk driver crashes into them head on and they both die The police now writes down that they were old and die form high blood pressure. Not from a M V A . ...Oh yeah that helped it. But they had under laying conditions so that is what they died from.
Does that make sense to you ? Of course not. So why are you or others applying that chain of reasoning to the Covid19 deaths ?

This has been bothering me for a while now and I just wanted to put it out there. I am tired of the numbers games that the White House keeps playing and the cult keeps repeating.
    End of rant ..

Once again VG thinks everyone is stupid.

During the 1918 influenza pandemic which had killed more people than any other illness in recorded history. Many of the death certificates listed bacterial pneumonia
as the primary cause of death not the H1N1 virus.

Using VG’s logic only 5-10% of the 1918 victim deaths can be attributed to influenza, and oh, btw the highest death toll recorded was in people between the ages of 20-40.

Back ten years ago I was homeless on the streets in Colorado and California. I got to meet several people in wheel chairs who were waiting for benefits to kick in and the housing authority to OK an apartment for them. One time John and Teresa told me the attendant locked the disabled rest room, so Teresa who was wheel chair bound had to wait for a strange woman to go help her in the regular women's area. In the disabled rest room John would have been able to help. In Missoula Montana, Patrick had a stroke and couldn't walk. Earlier in the day, he was framing homes. He was in his fifties. He had no insurance so the hospital kicked him out the same night. So, people my age who are in wheel chairs will always be welcome. I hope we have enough healthy members who could help the others. We know we can't count on any good will from Trump and the Republicans.

What does this prove? Because a man's wife was upset with him he must be an unfit leader? I mean he's been married once and the both of them often comment how happy they are with each other in public. Do you want me to link some stuff that Trump's ex have said? It would seem he's so bad he can't even stay married. Do Trumps women even speak? Traditionally Republican first ladies don't. It's why they are always so "graceful". They are seen not heard in the classic GOP 1950's way. No feminist here! Michele was offensive because she was two things: black and opinionated.

And again I will remind you that you claimed to like Obama. But still stick with this pathetic right wing badgering of him.

Why Herman Cain’s Death Hasn’t Changed People’s Perspective on COVID-19
Written by Brian Krans on August 4, 2020 — Fact checked by Maria Gifford

    Herman Cain's Death Didn't Change People's Perspective on COVID-19

    excerpt:

"One problem in combatting the coronavirus is the misinformation about the disease.

After Cain’s death, many people speculated his death was related to colon cancer, which he had in 2006, and not COVID-19. His staff, however, did confirm his death was related to the novel coronavirus.

Tina Willis, a Florida personal injury attorney, says she’s seen no change whatsoever among her Republican friends before or after Cain’s death. She also noticed little coverage of the death by the conservative news outlet Fox News.

Willis is critical of Fox News for failing to report what she considers the true impact of COVID-19 on people’s health and lives.

“People are dead because of their reporting, and they should be ashamed as should every single Republican lawmaker,” Willis told Healthline. “Trump voters do not understand reality and many of them, or their family members, will die as a result.”"

Trump attributed Herman Cain's death to the 'Chine virus', not something else such as complications related to the virus. Trump seems to have no problem attributing death to the coronavirus when it is someone he likes, in contrast to dismissing coronavirus deaths of the general public that involve people he doesn't know..

Fox said little of Cain's death. It was a politically embarrassing death considering Cain was at Trump's Tulsa rally flouting distancing guidelines about 9 days before his positive test result and was still flouting them on social media the day he was admitted to the hospital.

Herman Cain's behavior precipitated the biggest issue of all: death.

A definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. It’s time to stop blaming victims and the “other” and promoting escalating violence. Does anyone really believe America under Trump is on the path to greater love, peace, justice, equity, and all those things that the hippies tried to bring into our culture?

Trump slams Biden over vaccine, defends support for military in Labor Day news conference
John Fritze and David Jackson, USA TODAY
    Published 3:10 p.m. ET Sept. 7, 2020
    Updated 4:36 p.m. ET Sept. 7, 2020

Trump attacks Biden on vaccines in Labor Day news conference

    excerpt:

"The back and forth over the vaccine underscored the huge impact it could have in the November election. Trump acknowledges he wants a vaccine quickly – he has said his motivation is not political – and continued to suggest one could be ready by October.

Two-thirds of U.S. voters say they won't try to get a coronavirus vaccine as soon as it becomes available, and one in four say they don't want to ever get it, according to a new USA TODAY/Suffolk Poll released the same week that the number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 6 million."

I have seen what 40 years of Biden politics brought us. I also saw how the US economy soared under Trump. I can't help it if the radical left liberals are violent Socialists. We need someone in office who will back the Constitution, not placate the snow flakes.

Since America really has never had a presence of “radical left and violent socialists” Republicans keep trying to invent them with tired mythology. This myth started in the “golden age” and was a gift from the robber barons, monopolists and selfish wealthy dynasties of the early 1900s.

Trump needs to be asked why he seems to think that so many Americans are going to be vaccinated to save his election, especially those in his base who are defiant about recommendations as simple as wearing a face covering

His supporters became vocally rowdy at one of his recent hangar rallies when a voice came over the loudspeaker asking people to comply with social distancing guidelines.

Imagine if the loudspeaker voice told Trump's audience to line up for a vaccination.

Exclusive: Two-thirds of Americans say they won't get COVID-19 vaccine when it's first available, USA TODAY/Suffolk Poll shows
    Sarah Elbeshbishi and Ledyard King, USA TODAY Published 5:00 a.m. ET Sept. 4, 2020 | Updated 12:57 p.m. ET Sept. 7, 2020

COVID-19: Two-thirds in US won't take vaccine right away, poll shows

    excerpt:

"President Donald Trump has been promoting Operation Warp Speed, a multi-agency initiative to expedite production of COVID-19 tests, treatments and vaccines. Its goal is to produce and deliver 300 million doses of a vaccine by January. Three vaccine candidates are in Phase 3 trials in the United States, and more are expected to enter Phase 3 trials by the end of September, according to Alex Azar, secretary of Health and Human Services.

Experts say the level of public resistance to an immunization against a virus that has killed more than 185,000 Americans is concerning because it undermines the utility of the vaccine.

“If you have 330 million doses of vaccine and nobody wants it, it accomplishes nothing. You've got to use the vaccine. It’s just as important as how effective the vaccine is,” said Dr. David Salmon, a professor at the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University and an expert in global disease epidemiology and control.

“You probably need between 70 and 80% of the population to get immune in order to really control COVID," he said. "And when I say immune, I mean both get the vaccine and the vaccine worked for them.""

Vaccines don't stop diseases. Vaccinations do.
