This tactic of introducing a new scare tactic, or a colossal new sound-byte works on people with the attention span and focus of a 1 year-old. They grab onto the loudest mouth and the flashiest headline without any investigation ........................... or KNOWING the history of who's been doing what over the last 30 years.

 

Trump is trying to make the race-related civil unrest the new pandemic and one that he supposedly can cure.

The latest wave of unrest has been going on since May and he still hasn't found a remedy.

 

Trump's 'cure' for the coronavirus is flouting the safety guidelines.

For the civil unrest, he has condoned the car caravan of his supporters hitting demonstrators with paint balls and pepper spray.

His remedy for problems is to hand out containers of gasoline labeled 'water'.

 

Trump has made it difficult for himself to convince people to be vaccinated because of his promotion of remedies that turned out to not be effective and his previous years of making statements that were skeptical of vaccines.

"With 189,000 dead from the coronavirus in the U.S. and forecasts the toll could more than double by year's end, a safe and effective vaccine would seem to be an answer to the nation's prayer. But trust is eroding, with President Donald Trump openly agitating health officials to either have an approved vaccine by Election Day or be able to show that one is imminent.

A CBS News poll asked voters what their first thought would be if there is a vaccine this year. Barely more than a third — 35% — said they'd think of it as "scientific achievement." The other 65% said they would think it's "rushed through."

The percentage of those who would get the vaccine as soon as one becomes available has dropped from 32% in July to 21% now. Those who would consider getting the vaccine but would wait to see what happens rose from 51% to 58%. Those who say they'll never get one increased from 17% to 21%.

By 47% to 34%, more voters would trust Joe Biden than Trump to make sure a safe vaccine is available, while 14% said they wouldn't trust either. Three-quarters of voters say whoever wins the presidential election should publicly take the vaccine to show that it's safe.

The White House is planning a $150 million public service announcement campaign to convince people that a vaccine, when approved, has gone through all needed scientific vetting and can be trusted, a senior official told The Washington Post. The idea is that Trump would stay in the background, other than to "spike the football," and let trusted experts like Dr. Anthony Fauci do the talking.

But the plan also calls for the administration to "receive due credit." Counting on Trump to exercise restraint — after months of promoting dubious treatments and overstating the benefits of others — could be tough to lock down when he believes his reelection is at stake."

Here's why: though neither candidate gets rave reviews for what they've said about the demonstrations, Biden is seen by more as trying to calm the situation, while the president is perceived by slightly more as encouraging fighting, rather than calming things down. And the larger notion that violence could come to "the suburbs" finds little concern among those who actually reside in the suburbs.

Moreover, it's also about the approach to those protests: by more than two to one, voters feel the way to end them is to make police reforms and address discrimination, not to use law enforcement to punish protesters. Even the president's own backers aren't overly convinced the latter approach is better."

Trump won't come to grips with this fact. He has tap danced around it when asked about it at press briefings.

He fielded a question about the issue that a journalist directed to two pastors at one of his sessions that he billed as a roundtable discussion. It''s not a roundtable when others are squelched.

 

Gentlemen: I wouldn't get too excited about this Funson character. You know who's gone--this one has been selected by ?? to replace and carry on the republican lie machine,IMO. Let's face it--nobody is that convinced that trump is anything but a mentally challenged toddler in a suit.

 

This is correct. The cavitation is caused by "hydraulic shock waves" where the body's fluids are forced to expand and re-locate instantly - causing tremendous tissue, vascular, nerve, and organ damage. (Think filling a water balloon until it bursts - but in a fraction of a second.)

 

This is why Rump will be seen as a STAIN on U.S. history in the future. And he CAN NOT CHANGE his legacy now. He's a disaster and the way the U.S. has gone backwards will forever be a testament to his incompetent, racist, fascist, arrogant "leadership". His denials, lies, and misinformation about the Covid-19 pandemic are ALL ON VIDEO AND AUDIO TAPE for everyone to see & hear. Combine that crime with all the racist, violent talk, the skirting of the Constitution, refusing any Congressional subpoena's or requests, the blaming of all his mistakes on other people constantly, his immoral talk & actions, his lies about ................. well ................ pick any topic, his refusal to acknowledge the science community on global climate change & withdrawing the U.S. from multi-national climate / environmental treaties .......the list goes on & on. Rump is an absolute JOKE.

 

Trumps tactic of division isn’t working

In addition to the Battleground state of Wisconsin which shows Biden leading by 6 points today,
Biden is leading nationally by 10 points.

 

As a part of the Socialist Left, I am offended.

 

I love how socialism is everything Trump and his cult does not like. Not a lot has changed since the 1950's. If it's not pro gun waving the flag it must be socialism.

I would love for Trump to expand on this but since he has dementia and the vocabulary of an 8 year old even when he was healthy that would be hard.

 

Give me that old time socialism! It was good enough for Jesus...so it's good enough for me.

 

The GOP does not need Jesus. God sent a new son to Earth. And this one is not some pussy telling people to love each other. He is a business man with no time for your feelings.
