I'm not sure all 66 million will vote against Rump. Some people can't see the forest for the trees!! The very obvious seems to go un-noticed if a Repub tells them, "This is the right thing to do." Since when is throwing older people to the wolves "the right thing to do" ??????????

That's why I've used the term, "the sheep are electing their own butchers" before on here. How some people can't recognize the REPUBLICAN PARTY is taking away their retirement financial & medical security is ABSOLUTELY BEYOND ME!!!!!

How does ANYONE vote for people who are making - or are going to make - their lives harder???? When the REPUBLICANS declare and say publicly that they will slash Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid - why does anyone that IS NOT a multi-millionaire or billionaire vote for them?? How do average citizens think they'll get along and survive without those 3 Federal programs??? !!!!

 

Court blocks Trump order to exclude undocumented immigrants from census count

A federal court on Thursday blocked a memorandum signed by President Trump seeking to exclude undocumented immigrants from being counted in the census for apportionment,
saying such action would violate the statute governing congressional apportionment.

A special three-judge panel out of New York wrote that the president’s argument that undocumented immigrants should not be counted runs afoul of a statute saying apportionment must be based on everyone
who is a resident of the United States. The judges found that all residents must be counted for apportionment purposes regardless of their legal status.

The ruling declared the president’s July 21 memorandum to be “an unlawful exercise of the authority granted to the President,” and it blocked the Commerce Department and the Census Bureau
from including information about the number of undocumented immigrants in their reports to the president after the count is completed. The ruling is likely to be appealed to the Supreme Court.

 

So what revelations do we all think are contained in the Woodward tapes?

Trump initiated the China travel ban on 31st January, the WHO didn't declare Covid a worldwide pandemic until 11th March

And no one acted until that declaration by the WHO, California on the 20th March, New Zealand on the 26th March

Rather than just repeating asinine catch phrases, can any of you tell me what Trump was supposed to do and when?

You know exactly what would have happened if you had a Dem President at the time, they wouldn't have initiated the China travel ban until the end of March, 7 weeks later than Trump, and you'd have 1/2 million dead in the US by September

The spread across Europe and US in March, April was mainly dependant on how many travellers from Wuhan you had coming in in Jan/Feb

This morning's news showed a married couple who both died of Covid-19 4 minutes apart !!! Surviving family begged people to take Covid-19 seriously.

A couple weeks ago, a man was in the news - I don't recall his name - and it showed him in a hospital bed with tubes and wires into him. He was quoted as saying he thought the corona virus was a hoax and was no threat. He told hospital staff and his family, "I think I've made a big mistake." He died the next day.

For the LEMMINGS who refuse to wear a mask "because it's taking away their Constitutional rights" - maybe you should not look before crossing the street (maybe you'll avoid being hit), don't wear seat belts (maybe you won't get in an accident - be ejected from your vehicle and killed), take up smoking (maybe you'll be lucky and won't die of lung cancer, emphysema or a heart attack), try shooting heroin (hey ....... maybe you'll be lucky and not get a batch that's laced with fentanyl and die). Also know that by NOT wearing a mask - you're putting other people at dangerous risk to Covid-19 even if you have no symptoms - because Covid can be spread by people who show no symptoms - but still carry the virus.

God sees all this indifference to your fellow human beings. If He commands us to love even our enemies - how does not caring in the least bit (by refusing to wear a mask) about your family, friends and co-workers offend God???

What say all you Bible-thumpers?????
