That sums up Trump's authoritarianism and narcissism. He says others might enjoy seeing people being roughed up even more than he does.

Chris Christie said he heard nothing from the White House regarding contact tracing after he became infected.

It shows the lack of responsibility of Trump and the White House who are now claiming that they are going to take care of America's seniors when they don't even take care of their own cronies.

Chris Christie says he was in ICU, admits he was "wrong not to wear mask" at White House

    excerpts:

"What he's saying: “I believed when I entered the White House grounds, that I had entered a safe zone, due to the testing that I and many others underwent every day,” Christie said in the statement to the Times.

“I was wrong. I was wrong not to wear a mask at the Amy Coney Barrett announcement and I was wrong not to wear a mask at my multiple debate prep sessions with the president and the rest of the team,” he added.

“I hope that my experience shows my fellow citizens that you should follow CDC guidelines in public no matter where you are and wear a mask to protect yourself and others,” he said."

"Christie also said that while he was contacted by health officials in New Jersey for contact tracing, he did not hear from anyone at the White House."

Trump appeals to what he calls suburban housewives and says they should love him.

Trump wants all his opponents locked up along with MI governor Whitmer.

Donald Trump continues bizarre appeals to suburban women as he campaigns in Covid hotspots - CNNPolitics

    excerpts:

"Would you like a nice low-income housing project next to your suburban beautiful ranch style house? Generally speaking, no," Trump said in Muskegon. "I saved your suburbs -- women -- suburban women, you're supposed to love Trump," he said.

"Rather than condemning the derailed plot — which led to terrorism, conspiracy and weapons charges against more than a dozen men — or discouraging that kind of divisive language, Trump essentially endorsed the cheer with his authoritarian rhetoric about jailing his political opponents by adding Clinton and the Biden family into the mix.

"Lock them all up," Trump replied to the crowd."

Transferring patients to another hospital isn't cheap either.

Trump didn't have to pay a surprise $52,112 bill for his helicopter ride to Walter Reed hospital. Plus he received a free joyride in a limo that was frivolous and a waste of money.

Ordinary people stuck with surprise $52K bills can rely on Trump's proposed $200 gift card that siphons money from the Medicare trust fund.

They can also rely on his healthcare plan that he started promising 5 years ago that, like his tax returns, he has yet to reveal.

A $52,112 Air Ambulance Ride: Coronavirus Patients Battle Surprise Bills
Congress was close to a solution before getting hit with millions of dollars of ads from private-equity firms. Then the pandemic struck.

A $52,112 Air Ambulance Ride: Coronavirus Patients Battle Surprise Bills

    excerpt:

"An intubated coronavirus patient was declining rapidly when doctors decided to airlift her to a hospital with better critical care resources.

“It’s life or death,” the family of the 60-year-old woman recalled being told when it happened in April. “We have to transfer her now.”

The patient was flown by helicopter from one Philadelphia hospital to another 20 miles away. She spent six weeks at the new hospital and survived. When she came home, a letter arrived: The air ambulance company said she owed $52,112 for the trip.

Last year, Congress abandoned its attempt to prevent surprise bills like this one, and coronavirus patients are now paying the price. Bills submitted to The New York Times show that patients often face surprise charges from out-of-network doctors, ambulances and medical laboratories they did not pick or even realize were involved in their care."

A leaked recording of Melania confirms suspicions people had about her regarding Christmas.

    excerpt:

"First Lady Melania Trump doesn’t much care for the holidays at the White House, according to a newly released recording of a private conversation.

In a secretly taped July 2018 exchange shared by her former close friend Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, she said: “I’m working like—my ass off—on Christmas stuff, you know? Who gives a fuck about Christmas stuff and decorations? But I need to do it, right?”"

Trump had the benefits of the knowledge of science and the life-preserving expertise of medicine at his disposal. He misled the general public by belittling both, and he is paying a political price for it.

In a Biblical context, he has rejected both the tree of knowledge AND the tree of life. Trump's mistake is worse than that of Adam and Eve.

    Trump's sleep deprivation.

His tweets have become increasingly angrier.

Trump exhibiting compromised performance from sleep deprivation, new research suggests

    excerpt:

"The researchers found that Trump became progressively more likely to stay up late as his first term progressed. The frequency of his Twitter activity between 11:00pm and 2:00am has increased by 317% — from under one day per week in 2017 to 3 days a week in 2020. Trump now appears to sleep for fewer than 6 hours on average."

Sending $200 gift cards to all seniors isn't a test.

The funding for Trump's 'test' hasn't been approved by Congress.

The Trump approach could be used by any president to spend billions of taxpayer money in the name of conducting a 'test'.

Trump's election-eve drug discounts for seniors get snagged

    excerpt:
    :
The lawmakers’ objections appear to have hit a nerve in the administration. Among them:

    — The White House asserted that Medicare could legally send out the discount cards under its authority to conduct “demonstration programs” testing new ideas. The $200 would test if extra cash made seniors more likely to stay on their medications and avoid costly hospitalizations. But sending cards to nearly all Medicare recipients is not a test, the lawmakers said. For example, there wouldn’t be a control group against which to measure any results. Therefore, such a mass mailing would not meet legal standards for a Medicare demonstration program testing new ideas.

    — The cost to taxpayers has been estimated as high as $7.8 billion, not counting administrative expenses. The money would come from Medicare’s Supplemental Medical Insurance Trust Fund. But spending for the cards has not been authorized by Congress, which has the power of the purse. A congressional official said that if the Trump administration approves the plan, it in effect would create a budgetary “trap door” through which future administrations could try to spend billions of dollars without congressional oversight. The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal analysis.

Trump is relying increasingly on personal grievance.

Trump Runs the Kind of Campaign He Likes, but Not the One He Might Need

    excerpt:

"Instead of delivering a focused closing message aimed at changing people’s perceptions about his handling of the coronavirus, or making a case for why he can revive the economy better than Mr. Biden can, Mr. Trump is spending the remaining days on a familiar mix of personal grievances, attacks on his opponents and obfuscations. He has portrayed himself as a victim, dodged questions about his own coronavirus testing, attacked his attorney general and the F.B.I. director and equivocated on the benefits of mask-wearing.

The patient had insurance that was covered by both of the hospitals but the company running the air lift was not in the network of her insurance, leaving her with a $52K bill to pay on her own.

A $52,112 Air Ambulance Ride: Coronavirus Patients Battle Surprise Bills

    excerpt:

"‘How am I going to pay this all off?’

The Pennsylvania patient had no way of knowing that her helicopter, which transported her between two in-network hospitals, did not have a contract with her health insurance plan. Nor could she have known that the air ambulance service, owned by a private-equity firm, faces multiple lawsuits over its billing tactics.

Her health plan, Independence Blue Cross, initially said it would pay $7,539 of the bill, according to billing documents reviewed by The Times, but then rescinded the money. The patient, housebound because of lingering coronavirus symptoms, was left with the full amount.

“She was intubated and on a ventilator when her providers felt it was necessary that she be transferred,” said Leslie Pierce, a division chief at the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, who handled the complaint that the patient submitted to the agency. “She had no decision in the selection process.”"

Trump says Biden will be the Grinch who steals Christmas.

Trump Claims Lifelong Catholic Joe Biden Will Steal Christmas

    excerpt:

"Trump soon changed the subject to how everything should open because we have a cure now — the treatment he got when he was sick with COVID-19, including Regeneron, which has not yet been approved for regular people and is still being tested. Of course, the treatment Trump got would cost a regular person $650,000, which we all surely have lying around."

After Trump was elected, he said he un-banned the phrase 'Merry Christmas'.

Apparently, Trump is claiming that Biden will reinstate a ban that never existed.

In Trump's mind, White suburban women's dishwashers won't work as good either if Biden is elected.
