Because of the virus, Trump also isn't garnering the money he once did due to the lack of his packed rock star rallies which used to rile up his base.

You know, I was thinking about the similarities of the Trump impeachment trial which was about Trump pressuring a leader of another nation to open an investigation into Biden , and then he asked William Barr to open another investigation of Biden again. In 2016 he got an investigation just 3 weeks before the election. Trump can not win without cheating.

 

Trump is trying everything.

Trump is hoping for the same 2016 scenario again in 2020. This time there isn't a case to reopen like there was with Comey reopening the case about Hillary a few weeks before the election. Trump is trying to have Barr launch a new one against just about anyone he considers his political competition (Trump retweet: For the love of GOD, ARREST SOMEBODY).

Barr also precluded what could have been a messy situation for Trump just before the election by offering to have the U.S. government serve as the defendant in his defamation case. Barr made the move just after Trump had lost in the NY courts and may have had to submit DNA samples.

Another ploy is to coerce Barr into releasing an 'interim report' of Durham's investigation of the investigators before the election. Durham is known for taking his time and the DOJ is not known for releasing interim reports, particularly just before an election.

There's also the ragtag team of Giuliani and Newsmax and their 'investigation' of the Bidens. Instead of implicating Biden, it has implicated Giuliani in a potential criminal investigation involving Russian agents trying to manipulate the 2020 election, much the same as what happened to Trump and his sons in 2016 (the investigation that Durham is investigating whose 'interim report' Trump wants published before the 2020 election).

Trump also has his 'Medicare demonstration' ploy that involves giving $200 gift cards to seniors that he announced only a few weeks before the election at a price tag of about $8 billion in Medicare trust fund money. It hasn't materialized as questions about its legality have arisen. The 39 million letters have yet to be sent, let alone the actual gift cards.

Fact check: CDC estimates COVID-19 death rate of 0.26%
The range of estimates put the fatality rate for those showing symptoms between 0.2%-1%, with a "best estimate" of 0.4%.

It also places the number of asymptomatic cases between 20%-50%, with a "best estimate" of 35%.

By combining the two estimates, the estimated overall fatality rate of those infected with the virus – with and without symptoms – would be 0.26%.

According to NPR, the CDC has revised the estimate downward from its estimate in mid-April. Internal versions of the CDC scenario documents acquired by the Center for Public Integrity show that on April 14, the CDC had estimated a 0.33% fatality rate. That was up from a March 31 estimate of 0.16%.

Many of the Cameroonian migrants in a Mississippi detention centre refused to sign, fearing death at the hands of Cameroonian government forces responsible for widespread civilian killings, and because they had asylum hearings pending.

According to multiple accounts, detainees were threatened, choked, beaten, pepper-sprayed and threatened with more violence to make them sign. Several were put in handcuffs by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice) officers, and their fingerprints were taken forcibly in place of a signature on documents called stipulated orders of removal, by which the asylum seekers waive their rights to further immigration hearings and accept deportation."

There have been several news reports which describe the efforts of Trump and Republican governors who attempted to suppress, and did suppress cause of death reports. It happened in Florida by direct executive order from the governor. And similarly it happened during the outbreaks at meat packing plants in Arizona, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Trump did not want to look bad on TV. The fact that we do have CDC reporting, is a direct result of career American professionals who resisted Republican cronyism.

 

This and the forced hysterectomies should earn Trump a Crime Against Humanity case at the United Nations International Criminal Court.

“I refused to sign. He pressed my neck into the floor. I said, ‘Please, I can’t breathe.’ I lost my blood circulation. According to his account, he was then taken to a punitive wing of the Adams county centre, known as Zulu, and subjected to further assault.

“They put me on my knees where they were torturing me and they said they were going to kill me. They took my arm and twisted it. They were putting their feet on my neck. While in Zulu, they did get my fingerprint on my deportation document and took my picture,” he said. DF was one of the detainees on the 13 October flight to Douala. It is unclear what has happened to him since.

A third detainee, CA, said he was forced to the ground, sat on, handcuffed and pepper-sprayed. “I was crying, ‘I can’t breathe,’ because they were forcefully on top of me pressing their body weight on top of me. My eyes were so hot ... I was dragged across the ground,” he said. “The officers told me to open my eyes. I couldn’t. My legs and hands were handcuffed. They forcefully opened my palm. Some of my fingers were broken. They forced my fingerprint on to the paper.”

CA was taken off the 13 October flight, but still faces deportation."

 

If they don't outright deny them, Trump and his following are expected to try to justify the ICE abuses with a normalizing factor to make the abuses seem small, like he has done with the coronavirus from the start, such as 'it only happened to 0.1% of the migrants'. Bill O'Reilly can add that the migrants were on their last legs anyway, so the abuse didn't matter.

It shows how sick the Trump administration and a portion of the general public have become in the U.S.

 

Not only hephatrump, but each and everyone of those ICE officers responsible for the torture and forceful deportation of these Cameroonians, should also be tracked down and brought to justice in the International Human Rights Court in the Hague.
