Trump should have thanked the German government for funding the development of the vaccine and the partnering of Pfizer and the German company BioNTech.

Trump once again didn't address the coronavirus rising hospitalizations and deaths.

He made a simple statement that the rising cases were due to more testing by the U.S. than any other country.

    Probably worse.

He's a totally partisan asshole without an ounce of honor in his body. Yes, I'll probably bitch about him as long as he's alive.

lol. He hasn't even been given intel briefings or transition funds yet, and you're bitching about his failed policies.

I notice you didn't answer the question: why do you continue to support a loser like Trump?

CDC director and Fauci both said it wouldn't be ready until middle of next year, remember that?

Because Biden will be worse, he has no policies

Mask mandate isn't going to beat Covid, and on the economy, the usual garbage we have been hearing the last 40 years; oh, we will just tax the rich and that will pay for and solve all the problems

    Trump's ploy wasn't effective.

Donald Trump baselessly claims voter fraud in cities. But suburbs actually lost him the election
Donald Trump has accused Philadelphia and Detroit of stealing the election from him. He actually picked up support in both.

Donald Trump lost the election in suburbs, not cities, despite claims

18 to 39 yr olds represented 36% of the votes in 2016

There was an increase in total number of votes, but it looks like the % of the total vote from the youth vote is going to be down

Fun fact: In 2020, Both Biden and Trump got more votes than Obama ever did

Like Fonzie having trouble saying he was wrong, Trump is still having trouble admitting he is wrong about thinking he won the election.

Trump comes close to admitting defeat but stops short of formal concession
Trump makes first public remarks since weekend election loss
Seemed to be on verge of acknowledging Biden’s victory

Trump comes close to admitting defeat but stops short of formal concession

    excerpt;

"In his first public remarks since his defeat was announced, Trump appeared to catch himself making a slip of the tongue as he discussed the possibility of a Biden administration imposing a national lockdown to combat the coronavirus pandemic.

“Ideally we won’t go to a lockdown,” the president told reporters in the White House Rose Garden. “I will not go – this administration will not be going to a lockdown. Hopefully the – whatever happens in the future, who knows which administration will be.”

Trump added: “I guess time will tell. But I can tell you this administration will not go to a lockdown.”"

It's not solely because it's the US that I care, it's because the US is still the largest economy and the leader of the free world, and many just follow the US, so it affects us all

If you were Canadian, and it was Canadian elections, I wouldn't give a shit. And that idiot in Canada is worse than Obama, Trump or what Biden will be

Trump, for once, listened when aides told him to lay low

    excerpt:

"America finally got something it essentially hasn’t had since 2015 — a week without Donald Trump’s voice.

No rally. No sparring with reporters. No unwieldy Fox News interviews. No unscripted moments with world leaders.

Yes, there was his always-active Twitter feed. And there was even one speech late Friday about the progress of a coronavirus vaccine, announced on two-hours’ notice. But even then, the president mostly read from a script before deferring to advisers to carry the bulk of the event. He then succinctly thanked the audience and walked off as journalists shouted questions and staffers applauded."

The world's trust in the U.S. dropped 50% after Trump was elected.

Canada was the most trusted country.

U.S. Suffers Greatest Global Decline in Trust
Since 2016, the U.S. has experienced the greatest drop in global confidence, while Canada continues to be seen as the most trusted.

I doubt VG will be going anywhere, he’s too engrossed in the coronavirus pandemic.

Federal prosecutors assigned to monitor election malfeasance tell Barr they see no evidence of substantial irregularities

    November 13, 2020

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/nati...d06d20-25e4-11eb-a688-5298ad5d580a_story.html

    excerpt:

"Sixteen assistant U.S. attorneys specially assigned to monitor malfeasance in the 2020 election urged Attorney General William P. Barr on Friday to rescind his recent memorandum allowing investigators to publicly pursue allegations of “vote tabulation irregularities” in certain cases before results are certified, saying they had not seen evidence of any substantial anomalies.

In a letter — an image of which was shown to The Washington Post — the assistant U.S. attorneys told Barr that the release of his Monday memorandum — which changed long-standing Justice Department policy on the steps prosecutors can take before the results of an election are certified — “thrusts career prosecutors into partisan politics.”"

Did you see him today at the coronavirus vaccine news briefing.

He almost admitted defeat when he said "We won’t go into a lock down, I will not go, this administration will not go in a lock down, hopefully whatever happens in the future,
who knows which administration will be, time will tell"
    …lol..

He almost said "The Biden Administration" but just couldn't get the words out.............lol...

So you are saying that what the australian government does has no affect your life. You just proved that you don't live there.

I don’t question if VG lives in Australia, but for an Australian he does seem to take a great deal of interest in U.S. affairs and politics.

What I find most disturbing however is his cult-like, blind devotion to Donald Trump who apparently can do no wrong.
