This is a concept Trump hasn't understood since early in the year when the coronavirus was first impacting the U.S. He continually put an unrealistic faith in an upcoming vaccine for months with hopes to quickly end the pandemic when he could have been encouraging the public to engage in virus safety practices. It caused a needless amount of morbidity, death, and economic damage.

 

It also contributed to Trump's election loss.

As for the election results ............
