PA Supreme Court rejects Trump's claim. Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejects Trump campaign claim of problems with ballot observers
It says, for a good time, watch this video of Rudy, and Lindsay teach a class on how to spread manure on your lawn. Rudy will never see a dime of that. He’s better off getting an acting job in the next Borat movie.
Trump has had very little traction. Even a decision that went to Trump has been overturned. Trump and outlets like Fox, Newsmax, and OAN had heralded as a fantastic win for Trump a PA lower court decision that had modified the rules to allow observers to be within 6 feet of poll workers. The PA Supreme Court overruled that decision today. Trump campaign loses Pennsylvania Supreme Court case on Philadelphia vote count observers excerpt: "A lower state court earlier had ruled in the Trump campaign’s favor and allowed observers from the campaign to be within 6 feet of the ballot-counting tables. The Supreme Court’s ruling overturned that decision."
Melania with question for Cohen. Melania: "If your husband is accused ot crime, would she have to testify against him? Cohen: "No." Melania (enthusiastically): "But could she? If she want to?"
Post-election, Trump has been in isolation many more days than when he was sick with the coronavirus. Trump remains bunkered in the White House as the world spins on By Kevin Liptak, Kate Bennett and Kaitlan Collins, CNN Updated 6:14 PM ET, Tue November 17, 2020 Trump remains bunkered in the White House as the world spins on - CNNPolitics
Sen. Grassley, 87, tests positive for coronavirus. GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley, 87, tests positive for coronavirus excerpt: "The virus has taken its toll in Congress as it infects a record number of people around the country. Grassley becomes the sixth senator to test positive for Covid-19. At least three House members have tested positive this month. They include 87-year-old Don Young, the longest serving lawmaker in the chamber. Grassley’s home state of Iowa has endured one of the country’s worst coronavirus outbreaks as measured by per capita infections. The state most recently reported 2,071 cases, an increase of about 17% from a week before, according to the Covid Tracking Project."
Trump's fed pick wan't confirmed in Senate due to Collins and Romney not approving and due to two Republican members not being present because of being in coronavirus quarantine. The number of Republicans in the Senate in 2021 will likely be between 50 and 52. The loss of only a couple seats because of the 2020 election can swing decisions to the Democrats when moderate members such as Collins, Romney, and Murkowski don't vote with rest of the Republicans. A 50-50 tie in the 2021 Senate would be decided by the VP which will be Kamala Harris. Shelton’s Fed Nomination Blocked in Blow to Trump, McConnell excerpt: "After Covid-19 exposure forced two Republican senators into quarantine, the GOP was left short of the votes needed to overcome united Democratic opposition. McConnell switched his vote to no once the outcome became clear, a tactical move that would allow him to bring the nomination up for reconsideration. That could happen as soon as this week if one of the two quarantining senators can return."
John McCain, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski voted against the skinny repeal of the Affordable Care Act. Republicans had a slim two-seat margin in the chamber in 2017 when the vote was taken. In 2021 the margin for Republicans will likely be two seats or less depending on the results of two run-off elections in Georgia on January 5, 2021. Republicans fail to pass a 'skinny' Obamacare repeal bill
Trump fires Krebs. Trump fires Homeland Security's Chris Krebs who called election secure excerpt: "The Department of Homeland Security's cyber chief, who presided over an elaborate election security effort guarding against foreign interference and fraud, was ousted by President Donald Trump on Tuesday as part of a continuing post-election purge of top national security officials. Trump announced the dismissal in a tweet Tuesday night. The dismissal of Christopher Krebs, director of DHS's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, follows the agency's declaration that the general election was the most secure in U.S. history. The statement served as a pointed rebuke to a president who continues to make unsubstantiated allegations of voting fraud while Trump's legal team pursues multiple legal challenges in battleground states."
The Department of Homeland Security now has to defend itself from domestic attacks by Trump in addition to the foreign threats. Trump: The Enemy Within
Wayne County in MI fails to certify election results. Deadlocked Wayne County Board of Canvassers fails to certify election results excerpt: “In refusing to approve the results of the election in Wayne County, the two Republican members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers have placed partisan politics above their legal duty to certify the election results,” Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said in a statement. “The people have spoken: Joe Biden won Michigan by more than 140,000 votes. Today’s action is a blatant attempt to undermine the will of the voters. The process, however, will move forward. Under Michigan law, the Board of State of Canvassers will now finish the job and I have every expectation they will certify the results when the job is done.”
Rudy's "appearance" in court today was just embarrassing ,he doesn't understand even basic law principles ,he needs to retire..
Sidney Powell claimed they were poised to overturn election results in multiple states..they better get a move on!..
He filibusters in court with trumped up facts while the meter is running at $20,000/day. At that rate he'll be retiring rich. Watch him now take it all the way to the Supreme Court(which will turn it down).
