If this is the case, under Article II, Section 1.2 of the US Constitution, the state legislature has the sole authority to direct the manner of selecting delegates to the Electoral College,” Mastriano tweeted Saturday morning."

Trump wants to throw out ballots from 238,000 Wisconsin voters

If Biden had only a 10% win margin over Trump in those Biden-favored counties, throwing out those ballots would reduce Biden's overall win margin for the state by 10% of 238,000 votes which is 23,800. That would be enough to make Trump the winner. Trump currently trails Biden by about 20,600 votes in WI.
