I watched the first Tyson-Douglas fight live. It didn't last too long. Tyson put Buster down with one bad left upper cut. One still photograph in the paper next morning would have given me the same amount of fun. I got more out of Ali beating Henry Cooper back in the sixties. I watched it in Baghdad Iraq. There were hundreds at that private club cheering for Cassius Clay who had just changed his name to Mohamad Ali when he converted to Islam. Both of us agreed that Floyd Patterson was one of the greatest boxers of all time. And both of us agreed that John Sullivan was the greatest bare knuckle fighter. Ali thought that Ron Lyle won that fight after his come back.
