Capitol building riot: List of key arrests thus far - CNNPolitics excerpt: "Coffman had parked his pickup truck on the morning of January 6 near the National Republican Club, a block from the US Capitol, according to court documents. Capitol police started searching the truck after seeing a firearm handle in a passenger seat, the documents say. Inside the truck were 11 Mason jars with liquid, with a hole punched in the top of each; lighters and rags; several weapons including a handgun, a rifle, a shotgun, a crossbow with bolts, a stun gun and several machetes; several large-capacity ammunition feeding devices; and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, according to a memorandum that prosecutors filed January 12 in support of his detention. When police found and searched him about a block away after dusk, Coffman was carrying a 9mm handgun and a .22-caliber handgun in each of his front pockets, a police complaint said. None of the weapons found in his truck or on his person were registered to him. Coffman told law enforcement that the jars "contained a mixture of melted Styrofoam and gasoline," according to the detention memo. That combination could have the effect of napalm, and federal investigators concluded the 11 jars and related items were "parts designed to create ... Molotov cocktails," the detention memo reads."
Trump explodes at Nixon comparisons as he prepares to leave office - CNNPolitics excerpt: "In his final days in office, President Donald Trump has found the parts of the job he loved replaced by cold legal warnings, forced video addresses and a shrinking circle of downtrodden aides, all anxiously wondering what life will be like after noon on January 20. Gone are the clicks of flashing cameras. Absent is the roar of a cheering crowd. Instead of a commanding final full week of winning, the President is playing the role of victim and not a gracious leader departing office. Trump has been consumed by the unraveling of his presidency during his last days in office, according to people around him, which included a casual discussion among advisers recently about a possible resignation. Trump shut the idea down almost immediately. And he has made clear to aides in separate conversations that mere mention of President Richard Nixon, the last president to resign, were banned."
The cleansing truth shall set yea free! What this town needs is an enema! Democrats don't even know the meaning of salt of the earth anymore.
Harold Bornstein has died. He was another person Trump stabbed in the back. Harold Bornstein Showed What Fealty to Trump Was Worth excerpt: "Bornstein expected a prime seat at the inauguration, but instead stood freezing behind a tree. He expected to be presidential physician, but never spoke to Trump again. After the administration began, he delivered a more honest appraisal of the president’s health in interviews with the New York Times. But this public service came too late to salvage Bornstein’s reputation as a Trump toadie—and hardened the president’s dismissal. Two days after the Times article was published, Trump’s cronies showed up at Bornstein’s practice to seize the president’s medical records. Bornstein told NBC they asked him to remove a framed portrait of him and Trump from the wall, and that the president’s assistant, Rhona Graff, told him, “So you wanted to be the White House doctor? Forget it, you’re out.” Bornstein retaliated by telling the world that the infamous doctor’s note had been dictated by Trump himself—but by that point, the revelation paled in comparison to Trump’s more recent words and deeds, and served mostly to cement the impression of a doctor who had helped Trump evade one more political norm."
This incident isn't the the one where police officer Sicknick was reportedly struck in the head with a fire extinguisher and later died.
Shhhhhhh, shush, hear me, just shut your mouth. The idiots are killing each other so fast DARPA is investigating for possible weapons applications.
Some Democrats in Congress are worried their colleagues might kill them excerpt; "Two lawmakers, Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo., and freshman Rep. Peter Meijer, R-Mich., both claim that some GOP colleagues voted to overturn the election results or against impeaching Trump out of fear that their families' lives may be put in danger. Other Republicans urged against impeachment in part to avoid inciting further violence, effectively conceding that pro-Trump extremists pose a continuing threat. Meijer said in an appearance on MSNBC that he and other members were buying body armor. "It's sad that we have to get to that point, but our expectation is that someone may try to kill us," he said. Kim Lane Scheppele, a professor of sociology and international affairs at Princeton University who studies how democracies slide into authoritarianism, said the atmosphere was disturbingly similar to those in governments in which dissident politicians live in fear of death threats, including fears that pro-regime extremists might target them with tacit support from government leaders or state security. "In the atmosphere of threat, a lot of people quit," she said. "By the time you're at the endgame, you only have the people who say they refuse to be bullied and will risk their lives and those that are so bullied they can't even open their mouths.""
Two active police officers. A U.S. Olympic gold medalist swimmer. A retired firefighter (who struck three police officers with a fire extinguisher). A retired Air Force Reserve Officer A U.S. Navy veteran (the QAnon Shaman). The CEO of Cogensia. A firefighter-paramedic. The worms go in, The worms go out, Through Your Stomach, And Out Your Fucking Mouths! Democrats now require hazard duty pay! I'm sure Wall Street can work something out!
During the assault on the Capitol, while domestic terrorists were searching Congressional offices with tasers and handfuls of zip-ties, Lauren Boebert was Tweeting the location of the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. There are no explanations for those messages which are either plausible or benign. She needs to be removed from office pursuant to Article 3 of the 14th Amendment and prosecuted for sedition.
For someone to commit sedition, you must first have a government. This is civil war, and she needs to be shot, on live television, at the first opportunity. Make no mistake, this is a fucking lynch mob, and it will get worse if you do not slap them in the face with reality.
Rudy Giuliani blames Game of Thrones for his Capitol attack riot speech Formerly respected New York City mayor turned President Trump fixer and unintentional Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm star Rudy Giuliani is blaming Game of Thrones for inspiring his inciteful-sounding speech leading up to last Wednesday's MAGA assault on the U.S. Capitol. Giuliani told hordes of Trump-worshiping wildlings in D.C. shortly before the riot "let's have trial by combat!" with Democratic legislators and election officials. "I was referencing the kind of trial that took place for Tyrion in that very famous documentary about fictitious medieval England," Giuliani said. "When Tyrion, who is a very small man, is accused of murder. He didn't commit murder, he can't defend himself, and he hires a champion to defend him."
Makes me nostalgic for the days when US Steel and Con Edison were at the top of the Fortune 500 companies
The FBI is doing what they do best which is tracking down suspects. One by one the domestic terrorists who stormed the capitol building are being rounded up and charged with federal crimes, like the guy with the organ grinder mustache Will Pepe who works for the New York City transit authority (or did, he was suspended without pay and is expected to be fired) and the Cleveland school system employee (Now former employee) who was seen in the Senate Chamber holding a sign that reads 'The Children Cry Out For Justice,' and the retired fire fighter who threw a fire extinguisher at police officers………..
