We've already had multiple suicides from these same idiots participating in the riot. The guy is from bumfuckegypt and was at the riot. The cops are investigating his death, but I'll bet you dollars to donuts he killed himself, and the only thing interesting about his story is that Fox News will play it repeatedly.

Considering his level of participation in the storming of the capitol, the most he was looking at was 18 months in prison along with a hefty fine.

It doesn’t make any sense why he would kill himself

Iowa conspiracy theorist stays in custody, ordered to DC

    excerpts:

"Nelson said Jensen's eagerness to travel more than 1,000 miles in hopes of hearing Donald Trump declare martial law and his willingness to take martial law into his own hands absent such pronouncement illustrate his danger.

Jensen served a year of probation for a 2015 domestic assault in Minnesota, and he was convicted of driving while drunk in 2007, court documents show. He was also convicted of theft in 2006 and has a conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance conviction in 2005."

"Jensen, 41, appeared in court for a detention hearing via video from the Polk County jail in Des Moines on Tuesday.

A grand jury indicted him on six counts, including obstructing law enforcement during a civil disorder, resisting Capitol Police officer Eugene Goodman, violently entering and remaining in a restricted building, and disorderly conduct.

Jensen turned himself in to Des Moines police after seeing video coverage of the attack on the Capitol showing him in a QAnon shirt in the front of a shouting mob."

Half of them insist the sun revolves around the earth. Instead of blowing themselves up like proper terrorists, they shoot themselves. Asking for them to make sense, makes no damned sense.

There was simply no length trump wouldn't go to stay in the white house, no matter how illegal, immoral, or unethical his activities might be.

Trump and Justice Dept. Lawyer Said to Have Plotted to Oust Acting AG

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department’s top leaders listened in stunned silence this month: One of their peers, they were told, had devised
a plan with President Donald J. Trump to oust Jeffrey A. Rosen as acting attorney general and wield the department’s power to force Georgia state lawmakers to overturn its presidential election results.

The unassuming lawyer who worked on the plan, Jeffrey Clark, had been devising ways to cast doubt on the election results and to bolster Mr. Trump’s continuing legal battles and the pressure on Georgia politicians.
Because Mr. Rosen had refused the president’s entreaties to carry out those plans, Mr. Trump was about to decide whether to fire Mr. Rosen and replace him with Mr. Clark.

The department officials, convened on a conference call, then asked each other: What will you do if Mr. Rosen is dismissed?

The answer was unanimous. They would resign.

In his case he’ll serve multiple years in prison on the three charges,

He also threatening to assassinate AOC, and said of the police officer who shot Ashli E. Babbitt “we’re going to get a hold of him and tug him by the neck with a rope”

Donald Duck has been allowed to do what he's done so far, only because our political system is entirely broken. He has 40% of the population approving of what he's done. Its difficult to find a man guilty, when 40% of the country is destroying your entire judicial system, executive branch, and is threatening to lynch the rest.

If the guys at the top are not held accountable this is just going to get worse. This includes Trump, but is not exclusively Trump. There are a bunch of the GOP that needs to be fined and permanently bared from political office, a few that need some jail time as well. There is also Trump's legal team (term used loosely) and corporate donors that need to be looked at. If an example isn't made now, and an example that means something other than a slap on the wrist, this is going to happen again... and next time we could end up with an actual authoritarian/fascist government.

Locking up Billy Bob for breaking a window and stealing a coat rack is not going to deter this kind of thing in the future. Although this needs to be done also, it's not enough on it's own.

This is not Billy Bob, this is the fucking Hatfield's and McCoys. No less than a third of the population is dedicated to this kind of bullshit as politics. This is what they call politics among themselves! So long as our government recognizes a lynch mob with empty rhetoric as a political party, nothing will change.

Trump paid people to bring that crowd to Washington then he ordered the crowd to go to the seat of government then he told them they can't take back their country by being weak then he told them to take the country back by being strong then he told them to march and that he would go with them and be with them. I'd say that's culpability, huh?

Paypal is an example of American economics, as corrupt as they come. The US philosophy is that the rest of the world is so corrupt, we have to keep up with them and allow corporations to do their thing. In doing so, they establish new markets, but once a market is established, its time to put the dogs back on the chain. This is what created the Tea Party, when the republican party stopped putting the dog on the chain, and was eaten alive by their own dogs. Now money is about the only thing left running the entire country, and 40% of the population like it this way, and approves of Donald Duck. Sooner or later, it will explode into an even worse nightmare, because the wealthy are creating the problem themselves, and benefit the most from having a dysfunctional government.

Former cop said he was at Trump riot to view historical art.

He wasn't aware that his incriminating photos were in his 'deleted' folder when lying to federal agents.

A former Houston cop charged with storming the US Capitol changed his story in an interview with the feds. Now he says he was there to see 'historical art'

    excerpt:

"According to court documents, federal agents interviewed Pham at his Richmond, Texas, home on January 12, where he initially denied entering the Capitol.

Pham then attempted to show agents that on his phone, there were no photos dated January 6, but when an agent asked to review the photos, they found a stash of incriminating images from January 6 in his "deleted" folder.

The photos and videos showed Pham inside the Capitol rotunda, with a Trump flag, posing with a statue of former President Gerald Ford, according to federal prosecutors. At that moment, the agent reminded him that it was illegal to lie to a federal agent, and Pham altered his story.

Pham then spoke about his desire to witness the "historical art" inside the Capitol and said that he eventually followed a crowd into the building from Trump's rally, climbed over a broken barrier, did not engage with police officers, and left the Capitol after about 15 minutes."
