    Up until WW2 Sardines, fresh and canned were quite popular in the USA. Around 1945 the Sardine Industry in the USA suffered a major decline with the collapse of the Pacific Sardine Fishery. ... Sardines are healthy and I eat them regularly because fish that are low on the food chain tend to have low toxicity.

    You'll certainly find a Mcdonalds. They even deliver to most parts via Uber. Burger King and KFC too.

    Buy sardines in water, not oil. Consuming sardines in oil, reduces the benefit of the omega-3 you get from sardines.
