Sarasota, FL, where Trump did his July 3 rally, has been the home of Ringling Brothers circus.

Orlando, FL, another favorite location for Trump's rallies, is the home of Disney World.

    Trump hires only the best.

Trump erupted in profanity after his 'stupidest' lawyers submitted typo-riddled briefs: new book

    excerpt:

"Former President Donald Trump was notorious throughout his tenure to issuing typo-filled tweets -- but he apparently had higher standards when it came to his own attorneys.

According to Business Insider, journalist Michael Wolff's upcoming book on Trump's last days in office claims that the twice-impeached former president angrily ranted at his impeachment lawyers after they submitted typo-ridden legal briefs.

"What is f*cking wrong with these people?" Trump said, according to Wolff. "They can't hit spell-check? Are these lawyers the stupidest? Are they the stupidest?"

The errors in question were particularly glaring because the attorneys twice misspelled the United States as the "Unites States.""

In one of Trump's election lawsuits, the attorney mistakenly wrote that votes were stolen from Biden and given to Trump.

Spell-check may not notice such an error. 'Unites' is a properly spelled word.

Much the same for interchanging 'Biden' and 'Trump' in Trump's lawsuit claiming that votes were stolen from Biden and given to Trump. Spelling and grammar checkers won't detect such mistakes and, unfortunately for Trump, ones that sound extremely stupid, especially in a court of law.

Trump University was not a university. It was a seminar series.

    Trump University - Wikipedia

    excerpts:

"The organization was not an accredited university or college. It conducted three- and five-day seminars (often labeled "retreats") and used high-pressure tactics to sell these to its customers.[4] It did not confer college credit, grant degrees, or grade its students.[5] In 2011, the company became the subject of an inquiry by the New York Attorney General's office for illegal business practices which resulted in a lawsuit filed in August 2013.[6] An article in the National Review described the organization as a "massive scam".[7]"

"In 2005, the New York State Department of Education sent Trump, Sexton, and Trump University a letter saying that they were violating state law by using the word "university" when in fact Trump University was not actually chartered as one and did not have the required license to offer live instruction or training.[10] Although Sexton promised the organization would stop instructing students in New York State, the New York Attorney General alleged that such instruction continued.[10]"

Even Shirkey was disappointed by Giuliani's mistake-ridden lawsuits. He is heard making the remarks in a restaurant with a few of his associates, one of whom recorded their conversation.

Shirkey is the state senate majority leader from MI who flew to DC to meet with Trump after he summoned him and Chatfield. Trump was apparently trying to stop MI from certifying its election result, even though Trump lost MI by about 150,000 votes.

Donald Trump’s Reported Reaction to Rudy Giuliani’s Hair Dye Dripping Captures the Chaos of the Moment

    excerpt:

"“Then, thirty-two minutes in, a rivulet of black hair dye started to run down his face. Then the rivulet grew wider, tributaries of black and deathly gray,” wrote Wolff. “Curiously, you could not immediately see it from the in-person seats. But you could see it on television, and in seconds, Twitter lit up in wonder and incredulity. Everybody in the audience in person, agog, was pointing at their phones and then looking up and pointing at the mayor.”

According to Wolff, Trump was “pissed” at what was happening before him. He reportedly said, “What’s going on with this s**t dripping off his face?” The worst part of the entire press conference was that Giuliani knew he was sweating as he passionately delivered his talking points, but had no idea it was draining the color from his hair — and becoming a social media trending topic. Even Stephen Miller, Trump’s senior policy advisor and speechwriter, knew this was a disaster and commented to Newsmax’s Sean Spicer. “No, this isn’t happening,” he said, per Wolff."

Judge Refuses to Seal Names of ‘Kraken’ Witnesses Who Have Asked to Remain Anonymous

    excerpt:

"As the Washington Post reported, at least two of the once-secret “Kraken” witnesses had inflated their credentials, did not disclose their checkered pasts, and appeared to make false statements on sworn affidavits. One such witness, alternately code-named “Spider” and “Spyder,” was revealed by the paper to be Joshua Merritt, who was touted as a “military intelligence expert” but was actually an army vehicle mechanic—and reportedly never worked in military intelligence.

Another witness, Terpsichore “Tore” Maras-Lindeman, was billed as a secret intelligence contractor but was depicted by the Post as a small-town fraudster because of her civil prosecution in North Dakota that led to more than $25,000 in penalties and attorneys’ fees for allegedly duping donors a supposed Christmas fundraiser. A pro-Trump podcaster, her Navy experience reportedly lasted less than a year."

Rudy Giuliani suspended from practicing law in D.C., weeks after similar action in New York

    excerpt:

"A District of Columbia court has suspended former President Donald Trump’s most prominent attorney, Rudy Giuliani, from practicing law in the nation’s capital, roughly two weeks after a New York court took action against the former New York mayor for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Giuliani, who has claimed rampant fraud during the 2020 presidential election, will be banned from practicing law in Washington at least until New York resolves his case, and possibly longer depending on how the District decides to proceed on the matter, the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled on Wednesday. A New York court suspended Giuliani from the New York bar on June 24 for his “false and misleading” statements on behalf of Trump and the 2020 election."

State officials in PA want to increase protective measures for voting machines to make elections more secure from Trump's maligned quest to make elections more secure.

Pennsylvania quickly counters election 'forensic' audit with voting machines directive

    excerpt:

"Pennsylvania's Department of State warned counties against giving "third-party entities" access to voting machines shortly after a key Republican lawmaker requested “information and materials” from three counties for a "forensic investigation" of the 2020 election and 2021 primary.

Complying with such a demand would lead the department, led by acting Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid, to decertify the equipment as they would be "considered no longer secure or reliable to use in subsequent elections," according to a directive dated Thursday."

White supremacist to plead guilty in Capitol riot.

    A Florida man.

DOJ: Florida white supremacist set to plead guilt in Capitol riot | wusa9.com

    excerpt:

"WASHINGTON — A Florida man accused of being at the front of the crowd inside the U.S. Capitol building on January 6 could leave court with time served next week as part of a plea agreement.

Michael Curzio, of Summerfield, Florida, was arrested along with five others after refusing Capitol Police orders to leave the building. He was taken into federal custody on January 14 and formally charged the following day with four misdemeanor counts, including violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building.

Curzio and his co-defendants were already scheduled to appear for a status hearing on Friday afternoon, but on Thursday, the Justice Department filed a motion asking for an additional plea hearing to be set for Monday in his case.

The Justice Department said Friday that Curzio and a second defendant, Thomas Gallagher, had signed documents agreeing to plead guilty to one count of parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building, which carries a maximum sentence of six months in prison. That could mean Curzio, who will have been in custody for just two days shy of a six months by the time of his hearing on Monday, could potentially be released immediately on time served.

Despite facing no felony charges, Curzio has been repeatedly denied bond – in large part due to his criminal history and his affiliation with a violent prison gang. In memoranda opposing his release, the Justice Department said Curzio’s participation in the Capitol riot came just two years after he was released from an eight-year prison sentence in Florida for attempted murder."

Curzio has another chance to engage in criminal behavior after Trump isn't reinstated like Lindell says he will be on Friday the 13th (August 13).
