Arizona Election Audit Confirms Biden's Win In Maricopa County, But Also Casts Doubts

    excerpt:

"As the Arizona Republic reported earlier this week, the man hired to oversee the entire review, Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan, was already involved with Trump allies attempting to sow doubts about the election, and block Biden’s victory, long before he was hired in Arizona.

“This partisan effort in Arizona appears to be ending the same as it begun — highly biased, incompetent individuals running the process, delay after delay after delay, and very importantly, completely untransparent,” David Becker, founder of the Center for Election Innovation and Research, said earlier Thursday.

In the months since the review first began in late August, contractors and Senate Republicans have drawn the scrutiny of the U.S. Justice Department, made errant claims about illegitimate votes that were promptly debunked, and disclosed that prominent Trump supporters engaged in efforts to delegitimize the former president's defeat provided millions of dollars to fund the process."

If Republicans think voting is always rigged, that there is always fraud... they should just stop voting.

    Simple as that.

Republicans are attempting to steal votes, buy votes, sway votes, and rig votes, because they're patriotic, and believe you must fight for everything, or pay cash.

That might work with some people but there are others who will never be convinced. After all this time and all the claims of fraud being debunked, nearly two thirds of Republican voters are still convinced Biden won due to massive voter fraud. If you were to ask them how it was done they don't have an answer, perhaps the fraud involved something highly technical which would require a computer genius, something beyond the average person's understanding. But still the fraud was there and it's being ingeniously covered up. Just ask Trump.

There has always been a certain amount of distrust toward our government but I've never seen it this bad, not even in the 1960s. America needs to restore trust somehow or fall apart, but still Trump keeps fanning the flames.

Florida man dies while awaiting trial on Capitol riot charges | wusa9.com

    excerpt:

"Anderson is at least the second defendant in the Capitol riot case to die while awaiting trial. In July, Joseph Cable Barnes, of Austin, Texas, died after colliding with a vehicle while riding a motorcycle. Barnes, who worked as a real estate agent, was facing a number of charges in the case, including one felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding."

Biden won’t shield Trump records from Capitol attack investigation

    excerpt:

"The White House said on Friday that President Joe Biden will not invoke executive privilege on his predecessor’s behalf to shield any Trump White House records from the House’s January 6 committee investigating the Capitol insurrection.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters that the Trump administration has not reached out to suggest protecting any of the records and that they do not have regular communication with former president Donald Trump or his team.

“I would say that we take this matter incredibly seriously. The president already concluded that it would not be appropriate to assert executive privilege,” Psaki said."

They are the true “losers and suckers”, and Trump continues to capitalize on that- politically, emotionally, and financially!

Oklahoma man took beer during Capitol riot, pleads guilty

    excerpt:

"OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Oklahoma man who took part in the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol and took a beer from a refrigerator in the building pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor.

Andrew Craig Ericson, 24, of Muskogee pleaded guilty to parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building on Thursday in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., according to court documents. In exchange for the plea, prosecutors will drop three related misdemeanor charges.

“I am pleading guilty because I am in fact guilty,” Ericson said in a signed statement.

    Ericson’s attorney declined comment Friday.

Federal prosecutors said Ericson livestreamed himself entering the building with other supporters of then-President Donald Trump and entering the Crypt, Rotunda, and the conference room of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

“While inside the Speaker’s Conference Room or other office space, the defendant took a beer out of a mini refrigerator,” according to the documents."

Trump and DeSantis are being circumvented by federal reimbursements to school boards in FL punished by DeSantis for using mask mandates.

Trump has been a major player in establishing an anti-mask sentiment. One of Trump's notable PR ploys was to peel off his mask outside the White House after he labored to walk up the steps upon returning from the hospital for emergency COVID treatment. DeSantis has followed Trump lock-step and has incorporated it into COVID-related, politics-based policy in FL.

Joe Biden admin reimburses Alachua Public Schools for pay Ron DeSantis withheld over mask rules

    excerpt:

"Alachua received nearly $148,000 to help school board members who voted to mandate masks.

Alachua County Public Schools became the first school district in the nation Thursday to receive federal funds to cover money the state withheld over school mask requirements.

The U.S. Department of Education provided the north central Florida school district with an initial grant of $147,719 through Project SAFE (Support America’s Families and Educators), a federal program formed this month under President Joe Biden.

Project SAFE financially aids schools penalized by state entities for employing COVID-19 safety measures consistent with science-based guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention."

Considering all the grief he's put himself through, that's probably the most expensive beer he ever drank.

He could have saved the empty beer can and auctioned it as the 'I Was There' beer can.

Trump's impeachment retaliation campaign is in conflict with McCarthy's fundraising committee that is trying to return control of the House to the GOP in 2022.

Trump vows to financially strangle GOP foes -- including all Republicans who backed his impeachment

    excerpt:

"On Friday, the Syracuse Post-Standard reported that former President Donald Trump is vowing to stop the House GOP and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) from fundraising for members who voted to impeach him for the January 6 attack.

"Trump, in an interview on The John Fredericks Radio Show, vowed to make sure that [John] Katko and four other House Republicans who voted for impeachment are cut off from future financial support from McCarthy's committee," reported Mark Weiner. "'I'm going to see who he's funding,' Trump said of McCarthy, 'and if he is, I'll stop the whole deal. I'll stop it.'"

Trump has been telegraphing his intent to seek political revenge on this group of Republicans for weeks. This conflicts with McCarthy's goal of winning control of the House in 2022, for which he would only need five seats.

"McCarthy's joint fundraising committee has supported five of the 10 Republicans who voted for impeachment. In addition to Katko, the others are GOP Reps. Peter Meijer of Michigan, David Valadao of California, Fred Upton of Michigan and Jaime Herrera Beutler of Washington," said the report. "'Everybody other than one – Katko in New York, he's not popular, and I think he'll de districted out – but there's a primary for every one of them,' Trump told Fredericks.""

The leader of the republican party just can't wrap her small brain around the fact that Joe Biden won the state fair & square

Arizona GOP Chair Calls For New Audit After Biden Confirmed Winner Again

The leader of Arizona's Republican party has called for a new "full signature audit" after the results of a controversial GOP-backed audit of the 2020 president election confirmed that President Joe Biden won the state.

Results of the audit, which was led by a group called "Cyber Ninjas," were released on Friday and found that Biden defeated former President Donald Trump by slightly more votes than the official count. Although the review was the third audit of Arizona results, none of which cast any reasonable doubt on Biden's win, Arizona GOP Chair Dr. Kelli Ward took to Twitter to call for another audit while insisting that Friday's results indicated "possible malfeasance."

In his pressure call to Raffensperger, Trump wanted him to conduct a selective audit of Fulton County, GA (which contains Atlanta) that goes back 2, 4, and 6 years to examine signatures for fraud.

The goal posts can be pushed back repeatedly in the hopes that Trump will find a semblance of evidence that he was cheated out of the election.

Arizona GOP chair calls for new audit after Biden confirmed winner again

    excerpt:

"Ayyadurai argued that the audit showed thousands of mail-in ballot envelopes were missing legible signatures and that thousands of duplicate ballots could have been included in the results. Maricopa County officials quickly dismissed the claim in a tweet, explaining that "only one ballot is counted" and voters are contacted to "cure" ballots where signatures or envelopes have been questioned.

Re: duplicated ballots. Every time a voter has a questioned signature or a blank envelope, we work with that voter to cure the signature. That's our staff doing their job to contact voters with questioned signatures or blank ballots. Only one ballot is counted. https://t.co/uGNAaDqXYV

    — Maricopa County (@maricopacounty) September 24, 2021
The county also debunked several findings of the audit that some have falsely claimed are evidence of fraud. One finding that Cyber Ninjas said was "critical" indicated that over 23,000 ballots were voted from a voter's previous address.

County officials said that the claim did not indicate anything illegal and noted that the voters cited, representing about 1 percent of those who cast ballots, may have simply moved at around the time of the election.

"Cyber Ninjas still don't understand this is legal under federal election law," the county tweeted. "To label it a 'critical' concern is either intentionally misleading or staggeringly ignorant. AZ senators should know this too.""

Arizona GOP chair calls for new audit after Biden confirmed winner again

    excerpt:

"This was Donald Trump's best chance to prove his cases of elections being rigged and fraudulent and they failed," Republican election lawyer Ben Ginsberg said during a call with members of the media, according to Reuters. "It's a huge defeat for Donald Trump."

Republican Arizona state Sen. Paul Boyer, who initially supported the audit but later concluded that it made the GOP "look like idiots," told The Hill that the audit "wasted nearly $6 million to tell us what we already knew, meanwhile exacerbating an already unhealthy political environment."
