Cyber Ninjas could potentially be held liable for fraud if it falsified or fudged its count of an election that its leader alleged was fraudulent.

It's not known how Cyber Ninjas will respond to the court order to turn over documents pertaining to its audit that the court deemed to be public records even though it's a third-party company.

When the AZ router audit (at taxpayer expense) fails, the pro-Trump truthers will move the goal posts again and point to one place after another where fraud is supposedly hiding. By that time, the 2022 election will be approaching.

Funeral parlors are big business, serious business, and mass graves require heavy equipment.

Fuck the courts, they're the ones who are giving most of these assholes a slap on the wrist, and the ones who insisted on supporting all these assholes. If they're suddenly changing their minds and deciding to actually declare white collar crime illegal, Wall Street will lower the price of their stocks. The supreme court could get blown up, and the only ones who would care are conservatives and Wall Street. When the assholes give us back our constitutional rights and judges who don't believe white people and the wealthy are more important than our government, then I'll pay attention to their fucking family feuds with Wall Street and the KKK.

    Rudy Giuliani Is (Probably) Screwed

    excerpt:

"On top of that, his law license was suspended in New York and Washington, D.C., after he repeatedly lied to courts and in public statements to help Donald Trump overturn the 2020 election results with baseless charges of widespread fraud. He is reportedly “aghast” that Trump has declined to help him out financially, despite the fact that Giuliani, as Trump’s onetime personal lawyer, had been his fiercest henchman. Giuliani has gotten so desperate that his allies launched a Rudy Giuliani Freedom Fund, replete with an endorsement from tarnished lawyer Alan Dershowitz, that blasts “deep state” forces for Giuliani’s legal morass.

Giuliani is being treated, by all appearances, as a dead man walking. America’s Mayor, as he was once known, has been abandoned by his most powerful friend. He has lost his megaphone at Fox News and is now going around with a begging bowl for money. And at the center of Giuliani’s legal troubles is a web of overlapping federal investigations, including a criminal probe focusing on him personally, which some experts say could force him to yield to prosecutors in a case that may implicate the former president."

    Rudy Giuliani Is (Probably) Screwed

    excerpt:

"The budding criminal case against Giuliani seems to have been jump-started by his extensive dealings with Parnas and Fruman, who were arrested at Dulles airport in October 2019 before they could hop on a flight to Vienna. Giuliani had tapped the two men to arrange contacts in Ukraine, including current and former prosecutors, who could help him develop and push conspiracy theories about Hunter Biden, who sat on the board of a Ukraine gas company. Trumpworld’s attempt to use a foreign power to damage the former president’s political opponent, as you may remember, was the basis for his first impeachment, in December 2019.

It was also, apparently, a major catalyst behind FBI agents’ raid of Giuliani’s New York office and apartment in April of this year, in which they seized 18 cell phones and computers. The raid signaled that Giuliani could face charges of illegal foreign lobbying — and perhaps more — from the same Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s office he once led.

“The fact that a judge issued the warrant, despite the high bar for obtaining one, would seem to indicate that Giuliani is at least a subject of what appears to include violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act,” Zeldin said, noting that “the warrant lists a who’s who of Ukrainian officials with whom Giuliani is believed to have been working in 2019–20.”

“If past is prologue, the search warrants conducted on the phones and electronic devices of Giuliani and his associates should soon begin bearing a cornucopia of fruit,” Pelletier told me. “That type of electronic evidence typically reveals compelling evidence of the criminal scheme outlined in the search-warrant affidavit. If and when that happens, the walls should close in pretty quickly on Mr. Giuliani and any identified criminal cohorts.”"

Fuck Giuliani, he's as worthless a piece of shit as anyone has ever laid eyes on. The mayor of NYC, elected for his strong stance on blue collar crime. White collar crime has been legal for so long, the entire economy would collapse if they went after them all, not to mention the judges' Wall Street stocks would tank. Until our constitution is restored, judges stop locking black people up at eight times the rates of whites, stop locking up harmless potheads, and the judges don't all have millions invested in Wall Street, you get the justice you can afford, which is often staying as far away from the mainstream as possible.

Whatever you do, blow up your fucking TV, because these idiots have no clue what reality is, much less, a soul.

That's a perfect example of LCpl Clark's blind devotion to Donald Trump.

The fact he was willing to lie and to sacrifice his career in the military just to appease Donald Trump and the crowd at the rally is a testament to his control and hold over them

LCpl Clark "'Yeah, I was there at cavalry during the crucifixion of Christ." ...crowd cheers

But in the process he makes Trump look bad. Not hard to do, but Trump introduces him as the soldier in the video hoisting the baby, then the army says he's not. So Clark does Trump more harm than good and gets in trouble for it. That's Trump supporter mentality.

Sure he makes trump look bad in the eyes of any normal thinking human being but that's not the way his band of brainwashed marching morons think

Nothing Trump can do will lessen their opinion of him

Sure there are hardcore Trumpists who will never leave him, but more and more of them are on the fence now, and with each misstep Trump loses more followers. They've come to realize if the Republicans are to take back the White House in 2024 they will need a candidate other than Trump, someone who's not a twice-impeached heavily scandalized con man facing numerous lawsuits.

That's the crux of it, right? When Trump delivers an obvious & intentional lie, do his supporters hear the lie and recognize it as a lie......or does it simply not register in their brains at all in their willingness to accept whatever comes out of his mouth?

The reasoning of a 'normal thinking human being' presumably assures that a person can sort out what's being said to him and analyze it, arriving at an opinion that takes into account the substance of what he has heard, seen or read. Is that the way it works for the Trump supporters we're talking about? When these folks hear Trump say that the results of the Arizona audit prove that he actually won the election, do they automatically believe him, or do they not believe him and accept his assertion as a lie..... but not allow it to change their opinion of him and his damn election?

Further, when Trump himself looks at the man representing himself to be L. Cpl Clark, does he know that it's not? Or does he figure that since he's telling us that the guy with him is Clark, that it must be true? Or is he satisfied to tell an intentional lie, knowing that his supporters will accept it as true?

No, a comprehensive analysis of Trump's brain isn't going to change the minds of the bulk of his supporters. Still, we might learn more by delving into the minds of his supporters to find out how tens of millions of people can deliberately deceive themselves in regards to matters than mean so much to the future of this country.

On the third hand, maybe they've all got it right and I'm the fool.

As stated, a 'normal thinking human being' should consider all possibilities, right?
