A couple of weeks ago I was looking at the last of that D9 medical weed that I had. There was about an equal amount of some "flake" (something I could use in my one hitter) and the rest was dust... So I took out the flake and dumped out the dust on a cuttingboard. Then I powdered an equal amount of D8 flower and blended those together. Then I wetted that with D8 distillate, spread it out on a piece of foil and stuck it in the freezer. Once hard I opened it up and had a square about 1 inch =/- and about 1/16th inch thick =/-. It stays hard in the fridge but gets sticky as soon as it's out. Not shatter, not hash, it's somewhere in between or not related at all. To be fair, it's mostly D8.

This morning I cut a strip off the edge about 1/8th inch wide, (So a strip 1/16X1/8X1 inch.) Not much at all. I rolled it into one of my American Spirit smokes... This shit hits like a brick. Not even 1/2 way done with that smoke.

I just want to go back to bed now.

And I think equally important to understand that some treatments seem to exist which absolutely involve marijuana

As of today...

The DEA says D8 is federally legal. Their only concern is that any hemp product be less than 0.3% D9 THC. The "Farm Bill 2018" says that is the limit of their involvement in the regulations for hemp.

This doesn't mean a state can't try to ban it, but if they do they can't use "federally illegal" as it's reasoning.

The "Farm Bill" is going to be extended (or not) in 2020... The USDA can amend it any way they want to at that point.
