Judge ends Capitol rioter's hopes of getting out of jail early after watching violence-inciting video excerpt: "Ryan Nichols, a Marine Corps veteran facing felony charges in connection with the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol, has spent 11 months in pre-trial lockup at the DC Central Detention Facility. By filing a motion for modification of bail to allow conditional release pending trial, Nichols forced the government to lay out evidence of his dangerousness to the American public, which reveals extensive advance coordination with other rioters and Nichols’ leadership role. Explaining his decision from the bench on Monday evening, Judge Thomas F. Hogan said that Nichols’ calls for civil war, coordination with other rioters, violent conduct at the Capitol on Jan. 6, subsequent calls for future violence, and leadership role all weigh in favor of his continued detention."
There, there, little fellow. Bill O’Reilly: I Had to Console Trump After MAGA Fans Booed Him for Getting Vaccine Booster excerpt: "Bill O’Reilly has revealed that he had to console Donald Trump after he was booed by his own supporters for getting a vaccine booster shot. Trump told MAGA fans that he’d had his COVID-19 booster during Sunday’s final stop on the “History Tour” he co-headlined with the disgraced ex-Fox News star. The revelation prompted a chorus of boos and jeers from anti-vaxxers in the crowd. In an interview with Dan Abrams on NewsNation, O’Reilly said Trump phoned him after the event and was apparently hurt by the reaction. “I told him that today, he called me,” said O’Reilly. “I said ‘This is good for you, this is good that people see another side of you, not a political side, you told the truth, you believe in the vax, your administration did it, and you should take credit for it, because it did save, I don’t know, hundreds of thousands of lives.’” The ex-Fox News star later said Trump that will definitely run in 2024, telling Abrams: “I’m trying to tell President Trump, run on your record. He’s going to run again, all right.”"
All suspected of having carried out a crime against America, right along Stone, Bannon, and Flynn, and Gosar, and Brooks, and Nunes, and all of Trump's other cronies.

Judge scolds MAGA rioter's lawyer for spreading bogus claims that January 6th was an FBI false flag operation excerpt: "United States District Court Judge Thomas Hogan on Monday admonished an attorney representing accused MAGA rioter Ryan Nichols for spreading false information about the FBI being behind the unrest that occurred at the United States Capitol on January 6th. As reported by Politico's Kyle Cheney, Judge Hogan warned attorney Joseph McBride against peddling false claims about January 6th being a "false flag" operation in his court. "We’re getting a false narrative being produced that’s not appropriate to be relied upon," Hogan told McBride. "I’m not going to rely on anything about that in this case." McBride earlier this year went on Tucker Carlson's show and falsely claimed that a man wearing red face paint spotted at the Capitol riots was clearly a government official who deliberately stoked violence to entrap Trump supporters."
Trump's people are claiming secret police provoked them and entrapped them into rioting at the Capitol.
Every time one of these people goes on Tucker Carlson's show with another crackpot narrative, Carlson puts that look on his face like he's concentrating so hard on what's he's being told, as if the claim is so serious.
Ruby Freeman again. Trump mentioned her name about 18 times during his pressure call to Raffensperger, contending that she gave 18,000 illegal ballots to Biden, plus counted them three times each for a total of 54,000 illegal votes for Biden. To help Trump's false narrative that the Georgia election was stolen from him, it appears that Trump's people, under the deceptive guise of giving her the impression they were trying to help her, were trying to coax Freeman into an immunity deal, which would imply that she committed fraud. Special Report: Trump aide set up meeting where election worker was pressured
Special Report: Trump aide set up meeting where election worker was pressured excerpt: "Floyd said he arranged the meeting in an effort to help Freeman. He said he himself believed she was seeking assistance, including immunity from prosecution over claims from the Trump camp that she had committed voting fraud. Freeman, through a spokesperson, said she never reached out to anyone to seek immunity. Her lawyer, Von DuBose, declined to comment further. A former Justice Department official in Georgia confirmed that state and federal investigators concluded in December 2020 that there was no evidence Freeman committed fraud. As a result, the department never considered offering her immunity, said the official, who had direct knowledge of a Federal Bureau of Investigation inquiry into Trump’s Georgia election-fraud claims. Floyd did not directly answer when asked whether Freeman requested immunity at the meeting. He said Freeman wasn’t willing to “put anything down on paper,” so he had nothing to “run up the flagpole,” referring to his more senior contacts in Trump’s political operation."
Special Report: Trump aide set up meeting where election worker was pressured excerpt: "Asked if he told Freeman that he was a Trump campaign official, Floyd said: “I’m pretty certain that I made it clear.” He referred to a comment by Kutti, captured on police bodycam video, telling Freeman that “federal people” were involved in offering her help. “Who was the current president at that time? President Trump,” said Floyd. “If she’s there saying, I’m here to connect you with federal people, well, that’s people in the Trump administration.” Freeman told Reuters in a previous interview that she did not know Kutti was a Trump supporter until after the meeting at the police station, when Freeman researched the publicist online."
Floyd was making deceptive remarks to Ruby Freeman. Telling her 'federal people' were involved is different than saying pro-Trump people including a publicist were involved. Floyd was also deceptive in answering a question about whether Freeman made any mention about wanting immunity. She didn't.
The tactic used on Ruby Freeman sounds just like one of Trump's underhanded, deceptive maneuvers. Trump was trying to manipulate various people to paint a backdrop that his voter fraud allegations were actually true to give him impetus for state legislatures to somehow rescind their previous electoral slates for Biden and switch them to Trump. His tactics spawned an ongoing criminal investigation about him in Georgia. Trump made a veiled threat to Raffensperger when he told him it was criminal for him to know about (Trump's claimed) election fraud and not act upon it.
Even if there were embedded FBI informants, so what it doesn't justify his actions. What he can't think for himself?
Smh… A true “patriot” doesn’t make excuses for what he or she did. They stand by their actions because they truly believe in what they’re doing, regardless of the consequences. Almost every one of the rioters that have gone to court have tried to tap dance and bullshit their way out of being convicted or vowing for more leniency towards their cases. True cowards.
