Trump thinks the ruthless police ruined his perfect riot. Trump Falsely Claims ‘Nobody’ Died on Jan. 6 Except ‘Young, Fine’ Ashli Babbitt ‘A RUTHLESS MAN’ The ex-president once again depicted Babbitt, who was shot while attempting to breach the House chamber, as a MAGA martyr. William Vaillancourt Updated Feb. 02, 2022 5:48AM ET Published Feb. 02, 2022 12:01AM ET Trump Falsely Claims ‘Nobody’ Died on Jan. 6 Except ‘Young, Fine’ Ashli Babbitt excerpt: "Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday once again portrayed Ashli Babbitt, a supporter of his who died during the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, as a martyr for the MAGA cause. But not only did Trump mourn the loss of Babbitt – he falsely claimed that she was the only person who died that day. “With the exception of one young, fine woman, nobody died on Jan. 6. Nobody died on Jan. 6. They like to say five people, but nobody died on Jan. 6.,” Trump said, wrongly. Newsmax anchor Rob Schmitt, perhaps sensing the ex-president’s mistake, gave him a chance to clarify himself, interjecting, “Nobody was intentionally killed besides her.” Trump continued on, though, insisting again that Babbitt was the only person who died. In fact, four people in the Jan. 6 crowd died that day. Additionally, five police officers who were at the Capitol died in the following days and weeks – four by suicide and one from multiple strokes that occurred hours after confronting violent Trump supporters armed with bear spray."
A law clerk repeatedly had to tell Trump's lawyer to stop interrupting the judge while she ranted about political bias and right-wing conspiracy theories excerpt: "A lawyer for former President Donald Trump repeatedly interrupted the judge at a contentious hearing on Thursday and grew so heated at times that the law clerk had to remind her several times not to speak over the judge. The focus of the hearing were a set of subpoenas that New York attorney general Letitia James' office sent to Trump and his two eldest children, Donald Jr. and Ivanka. They came as part of a wide-ranging investigation into whether the Trump Organization broke banking, tax, and insurance laws. Lawyers for the Trump family asked the judge to quash the subpoenas, arguing among other things that the investigation was politically motivated and that James was improperly conducting a civil and criminal probe. At one point, Trump's attorney, Alina Habba, argued that James' investigation is "invalid" and tainted by political bias because the attorney general publicly criticized Trump."
A law clerk repeatedly had to tell Trump's lawyer to stop interrupting the judge while she ranted about political bias and right-wing conspiracy theories excerpt: "Habba also veered away from the focus of the hearing to air out right-wing conspiracy theories about Hillary Clinton and what Trump has alleged was an illegal plot to spy on his campaign and administration. "I want to know, Mr. Wallace, Ms. James, are you going to go after Hillary Clinton for what she's doing to my client?" Habba said, referring to the attorney general of New York and Kevin Wallace, an attorney representing her in the hearing. "That she spied at Trump Tower in your state? Are you going to look into her business dealings?" But Engoron cut off Habba's discussion of Clinton, saying it was irrelevant. "The Clintons are not before me," he said."
It’s Trump’s time to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth | Lloyd Green excerpt: "“You see, the mob takes the fifth,” Trump observed on the campaign trail in 2016. “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the fifth amendment?” Time sure flies. And if the Trump family refuses to appear at deposition or simply stays mum when grilled, they risk being charged with contempt, a distinction presently held by Steve Bannon, Trump’s White House counselor and 2016 campaign guru. At this moment, Trump must be sweating while his lenders have to be shaking their collective heads. How much is Trump worth and how bad can things get are no longer hypothetical issues. In the absence of operative financial statements, restructurings and bank-called defaults havespilled into the realm of the real."
Trump said in court he had no 'knowledge' of his company's finances a day before he issued an 1,100-word statement defending his company's finances And in the same statement Trump said that H. Clinton should be executed for Treason. No trial just executed. let the strange ramblings of Donny boy begin on record.
Article from 2016. Six years later, Trump and his cohorts are making the same remarks. Trump Adviser: Hillary Clinton 'Should Be Shot in a Firing Squad for Treason' excerpt: "On Tuesday, Representative Al Baldasaro, a state lawmaker in New Hampshire who co-chairs the Trump campaign’s national veterans' coalition, demonstrated that this self-destructive quality is present in the larger Trump coalition with a shocking statement. He wants Hillary Clinton shot for treason. The backstory is useful: Earlier this summer, Baldasaro used a talk-radio interview to declare that the Democratic nominee for the presidency should be violently killed. “She is a disgrace for the lies that she told those mothers about their children that got killed over there in Benghazi,” the New Hampshire Republican said. “She dropped the ball on over 400 emails requesting backup security. Something's wrong there. I wish they'd make the documents public on why Ambassador Anderson was there. In my mind I want to think, were they moving guns? Were they doing something there? How did they know he was even there? Hillary Clinton should be put in the firing line and shot for treason.”"
My thinking is all these various law enforcement and prosecutors are wondering who has primary jurisdiction after all the laws he has violated. James of New York seems to be focused and well on the way to force Trump into the courtroom. Remember, during the last inquiry, Trump just gave a Bullshit interview over the Skype or some similar system. His lawyers were beside him and protecting him. This time he'll be in the stand in front of James, or pleading the Fifth just like the damn mobsters. If there is a jury, they'll be drooling.
A judge in California has allowed a lawsuit by Representative Eric Swalwell to proceed against Trump. The judge issued a 112 page ruling to justify why the suit should go forth against Trump. Earlier Swalwell lost a pleading and had to drop his charges against Trump Jr and Giuliani to make his case move forward. The remaining issue was Trump's immunity. The judge did some serious homework on it. Now the other members of congress who were present during the January riot can also sue Trump! Boy, this has been a very bad week for Trump!
National Archives: Trump took classified items to Mar-a-Lago excerpt: "WASHINGTON (AP) — Classified information was found in the 15 boxes of White House records that were stored at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, the National Archives and Records Administration said Friday in a letter that confirmed the matter has been sent to the Justice Department. "The letter from the agency follows numerous reports around Trump’s handling of sensitive and even classified information during his time as president and after he left the White House. The revelation could also interest federal investigators responsible for policing the handling of government secrets, though the Justice Department and FBI have not indicated they will pursue. Federal law bars the removal of classified documents to unauthorized locations, though it is possible that Trump could try to argue that, as president, he was the ultimate declassification authority. No matter the legal risk, it exposes him to charges of hypocrisy given his relentless attacks during the 2016 presidential campaign on Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server as secretary of state. The FBI investigated but ultimately did not recommend charges.""
