From the tone of your post it seems that you are biased in favor of trump. I will take the bait, though. For one thing Biden knows how government works, and he is intelligent. Two things that trump lacks. Granted, Biden is old, but so is trump. Next question.
Trump just praised Putin, and Putin attacked Ukraine in a full scale military operation. Biden has never kissed up to Putin.
Article from May 2004 Putin: Talk Like a Democrat, Walk Like an Autocrat Strobe Talbott Wednesday, May 12, 2004 Putin: Talk Like a Democrat, Walk Like an Autocrat excerpt: "There are several reasons for this worrisome trend. One is institutional. When the old Soviet state collapsed, the only structures that survived largely intact were the so-called power ministries and security services. Putin is a veteran of the secret police. Many of the people on whom he relies share his background and therefore his instincts. Moreover, Russia’s political culture is receptive to the kind of strong leadership Putin has provided. It is too simple to call what is happening in Russia today a return to dictatorship. Putin’s firm-hand policies are popular; they have an electoral and parliamentary mandate. He is the personification of the Russian version of what Fareed Zakaria has called “illiberal democracy.” Russians’ apparent preference for that kind of system is not encoded in their genes or determined by their history under czars and commissars. Rather, it is a consequence of their recent experience. During the nineties, many citizens came to identify the economic reforms encouraged by the West with hardship and the privatization of state property with inequity and the enrichment of the oligarchs. The resulting backlash fueled electoral victories for fascists and communists."
Putin: Talk Like a Democrat, Walk Like an Autocrat excerpt: "By the same token, many Russians today are dismissive of Western criteria on what constitutes an acceptable level of political freedom and civil society. Putin has promised them a “stable, democratic” state. Insofar as there is a tradeoff between those two attributes, many Russians prefer stability. Putin’s constituents accept, and even embrace, the substitution of order and discipline for the raucous free-for-all of multi-party democracy. There is another factor as well: the ambiguity of Russia’s relationship with Europe. Putin prides himself as a native son of St. Petersburg and a bearer of Peter the Great’s legacy. He speaks of his country’s “Western vocation.” But Russia is beyond the gravitational pull of the European Union’s political values and norms."
Putin: Talk Like a Democrat, Walk Like an Autocrat excerpt: "A cluster of former Soviet republics and satellites—Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Baltic States—all suffered their own version of reform fatigue. But the prospect of membership in the EU gave them the fortitude and confidence to stay on course. That inducement is likely to have the same salutary effect in the years ahead on other candidates for the EU: Bulgaria, Romania and, crucially, Turkey."
Since the time the article was published, Bulgaria and Romania have become members of the EU. Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia are current members of the EU. They are also members of NATO. The prospect of Ukraine becoming a NATO member has been disturbing to Putin. One of his demands is that Ukraine agree to not ever become a member.

We wouldn’t be any better with Trump in office right now. Just live with the fact that Trump will never, ever be president in this country again.
I appreciate the response, Flag. No … I am not biased in favor of Trump. I am in favor of a hopeful future for our children and grandchildren. It seems that not much is going well lately, most of it unplanned/unforeseen with ineffective knee-jerk responses. Decisions are being made that do not seem to be in the best interest of the US. So … I look to deep-thinking, unbiased people for their take. … I appreciated yours.
Has anyone on here seen anything about the reason for the two investigators quitting the New York Case against Trump? Newsweek is saying this undermines the case; but the AG for Manhattan District is saying the case will go on. I am concerned because someone might have attempted to shield Trump?
Ukraine says Russian "full-scale invasion" underway as shelling reported in Kyiv and other cities excerpt: "Russian shelling began moments after Putin said he had "decided to conduct a special military operation" aimed at the "demilitarization and denazification" of Ukraine. He called on Ukraine's forces to lay down their arms and surrender their country to Russian control, and warned the U.S. and NATO not to interfere or they would face "consequences you have never seen.""
