Took some photographs of people swimming and exercising on Colwyn Bay Beach earlier.
Rather them than me.
Nowadays I can just walk to the shops and back and get in the shower!

Oh Dear !!! - big black cloud again over Ross-on-Wye. Everton were trounced again yesterday four - nil by Crystal Palace.

 

You are quite right for a change Vlad, and thank you for showing an interest.
Obviously I am not happy at all with any of the Cup results with all the big teams winning.
Never mind.
At least it will enable EVERTON to concentrate on staying in the Premier League, as obviously that is more important than winning any Cup!

It is a sunny beach day going to take in the rays and write in my journal this morning

it’s a sunshine day -

 

Nice to feel the warm sun again, people in the street look happier too, nice to go out without a big coat.
