Russian state TV host called for former President Donald Trump to be reinstated | Daily Mail Online excerpt: "A Russian state TV host called on the U.S. to remove President Joe Biden and reinstate former President Donald Trump days after Biden made his own call for a regime change aimed at Vladimir Putin in an off-scripted remark. On Tuesday, The TV host of Russia's 60 Minutes show, Evgeny Popov, urged America to quickly replace Biden with Trump, whom he called a 'partner' to the Russian state. 'It's time for us, our people, to call on the people of the United States to change the regime in the U.S. early, and to again help our partner, Trump, to become president,' Popov said. His statement comes after Biden condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine in an impassioned speech in Poland on Saturday where he went off-script and made his own shocking declaration for Russians to push out Putin."

Trump's cohort, Jones, who spoke at Trump's pre-riot rally, is held in contempt in Sandy Hook case. Alex Jones held in contempt of court for skipping Sandy Hook deposition excerpt: "The years-long legal battle between far-right conspiracy theorist and Infowars host Alex Jones and the families of victims killed in the Sandy Hook massacre continued today with Mr Jones being held in contempt of court. Mr Jones was found guilty of defamation in multiple lawsuits last year after he falsely said the 2012 school shooting that left 26 dead was “a giant hoax”. The cases are now headed to jury trials to determine damages. The legal proceedings were thrust back into the spotlight last week when Mr Jones failed to appear twice for a deposition that he had sought to delay because he was too sick to attend — despite the fact that he continued hosting his Infowars show."
Jones is offering $120K to the plaintiffs to settle. Update: Families of Sandy Hook shooting victims reject Alex Jones settlement offer excerpt: "“Mr. Jones extends his heartfelt apology for any distress his remarks caused,” reads each of the settlement court filings posted online Tuesday."
Given that Russia wanted Trump to become U.S. president in '16 and repeat in '20 is a clear indication that they favor Trump as the leader of our country, right? If a foreign power wants to help choose an American president, one would presume the reason is that their preferred candidate is the easiest one for Russia to deal with......after all, why would they want the hardest person to deal with? This surely goes against the boasting of Trump supporters a couple of weeks ago that Russia wouldn't have invaded Ukraine had Trump still been POTUS because they were so afraid of him, wouldn't it? More likely, Putin wouldn't want to do anything that disturbed Trump's blind admiration for him. Wouldn't it be logical, then, to presume that Russia would wait until Trump was no longer in office to accomplish their invasion.....and then try to get Trump re-instated? (my gosh, it still burns to think of having someone 'installed' or 'reinstated' to the highest office in our land, rather than elected). If all of Russia's plans succeed, we'd have Putin invading Ukraine while someone other than Trump was president, yet then having Trump back to mismanage America while still maintaining his complete worship of Putin. Heaven help us.
