    Three years wasn't that harsh of a sentence for attacking police officers. They had already plea bargained and their attorney wanted a lighter sentence after the plea bargain.

    Lindell said a year ago that the Supreme Court would reinstate Trump as president in August 2021 (when the Supreme Court is in recess).

    He later stated it would happen by the end of 2021.

    After that, he said that he didn't know and that it was in God's hands.

    Lindell never produced the grand court case that he said would reinstate Trump.

    His last remarks about it were that AG from around the country were still editing it.

    Prosecutors Seek 15-Year Sentence For Armed Capitol Rioter

    Federal prosecutors are seeking a 15-year prison sentence for a Texas man who was convicted of storming the U.S. Capitol with a holstered handgun, calling him a militia group member who took a central role in the pro-Trump mob’s attack, according to a court filing Friday.

    If a judge accepts the Justice Department’s recommendation, Guy Wesley Reffitt’s prison sentence would be nearly three times the length of the longest sentence among more than 200 defendants who have been sentenced for crimes related to the Jan. 6, 2021, riot in the nation’s capital.

    Reffitt had a gun and cuffs. He said he wanted to drag Pelosi down the Capitol steps by her ankles with her head hitting every step on the way down.

    Trump's rioters beat the police violently and dragged some down the steps. Five died later (one stroke death and four suicides).

    The rioters could have easily killed members of Congress if they had found them. That includes the mob outside the barricaded and smashed doors of the Speaker's Lobby where members could be seen standing and that Ashli Babbitt tried to breach.
