I don't think we saw Epps with any bear spray, or gun, or trying to kill police with various weapons, or breaking in windows and doors, threatening to hang pence and pelosi and raising a gallows (with a very poor carpentry job), wearing tactical gear, being part of dangerous known organized armed militia or being any place that thousands of others were....so fine him the $500 misdemeanor that might apply. Would anybody think for a second that there wasn't an inkling that this was going down and that the FBI and CIA didn't have eyes on the ground inside of the crowd?

But there are no videos, recordings or proof that he ever attacked the police or illegally entered the Capital on Jan. 6th . The FBI took him off of the Most wanted list of Jan 6th suspects . Because there was no proof that he broke any laws at the time.. He is not the only person that the FBI have removed from the list at one time or the other..

What there is proof of, is the far right conspiracies pointing fingers at everyone else but themselves. " They were paid actors" "It was BLM" "It was antifa " " It was the FBI " " It was the CIA " " It was a special top secret military unit lead by Nancy to make Donald look bad " Plus many more crazy conspiracies that they are throwing out there. There is video of Epps out there giving instructions to people to enter the Capitol, so once again you are blind to the facts.
