    Sorry to hear that. Quiche is always best fresh... I never buy it at a store or a stand. Eggs don't last well at room temp after being cooked.

    Sunshine arrived yesterday afternoon, now it is sunny this morning also. Perhaps we will dry out enough so that I can do some laundry and hang it outside.

    Actually it has been sunny/cloudy all day long.
    Our beach and promenade there are North/North East, so the Sun will shine that way by early afternoon.
    We get the Sun in our garden till about 5.00PM so works out a treat really.
