    The world is full of fools and bad advice from attorney’s

    You take the plea deal and get a couple of years in prison vs go forward with a bench trial (taking up the state and the Judges time) and if found guilty you get 6-8 years

    Right about now he's probably banging his head against the wall muttering "I should have taken the plea deal" "I should have taken the plea deal"

    If more people knew just how difficult it is for even the DOJ to get a Judge to issue a search warrant, they would keep their mouths shut.

    Probable cause that a crime was committed, or the phone conceals evidence of wrongdoing is very high - there's no blanket search.
