Trump says it wouldn't be fair, until after the indictment, for him to describe how he (may have) declassified the documents, an issue created by Judge Cannon (but that she left for someone else), that needs to be resolved in order for the DOJ to be able to use the documents to indict him.

If Trump is indicted, he'll probably try to throw out the case by saying that the FBI didn't remove their shoes before they searched his bedroom.
