    Here in La Paz, a ship has arrived with a load of propane! Yay! We can all cook with gas now :) There has been none for a while...

    And the weather is much the same, warm for December I must say!

    Even with barely a coating of snow, monday mornings commute will be a nightmare if they don’t pretreat the roadways with chemicals

    Oh gosh, I see that it's miserable outside. Good reason to enjoy the papers and a game.

    I have not read a newspaper in about four years. And before that it was a scarce thing. Unless you are in a major metro area in the USA you don't get the paper... they have all folded up and gone online. And it 'ain't the same!'

    I miss the morning sneeze I would get from opening the fresh newspaper and inhaling all that solvent and ink aroma. Then all the rustling of papers and harumphing about who stole the TV guide and who is hoarding the sports section. And who took that section into the bathroom!!! The NERVE!

    Such fun :)

    Now everyone has their own tablet and glue their zombie eyes to it !!!
