Trump did some great things on Jan 6! I'm surprised he's not taking credit for it. Think! He managed to root out the most violent far right American fascists who tried to launch a coup. He also blew open all these groups that have been secretly planning violent coups all over the US. He helped identify many fascist politicians, Congressmen, lawyers, military personnel, police, advisors for prosecution. He highlighted the weaknesses in our laws and balance of power among the branches of government. He proved the power of social media to allow such events as J6 to organize, recruit and plan for an insurrection without moderation and the unwillingness of law enforcement to react and engage until it was too late. And of course, Trump's own words and actions have shown how far he would destroy American democracy to preserve his power and prevent the very indictment that is coming for him. And to think he accomplished most of that in ONE day!
