I, too, enjoy venturing out in the woods, back roads, anywhere away from the public and going full bare. I like having an all over tan. My wife is also a lover of an all over tan but she isn't quite as inquisitive as I am and, as such, does her tanning in our yard or, when traveling, if we find a remote spot or seek out a clothing optional beach (such as Pirates Cove near Pismo Beach, CA). Simply refreshing.

There's a spot I use in the morning where I swim across a lake, hike a trail then cut through a parking lot back to where I started my swim. I wish there was someone to do this with.

 

I'd love to be nude in the woods, but as a single man I'd get negative reactions if I ran into other people there. A mixed group would get less or no bad reactions. So far, I have only found the NEWT (Naked European Walking Tour) people who seem like a nice outfit, but state that all participants are likely to end up on the photos they take and publish on the web. I'm too shy for that.

The catch is "Anyone coming on a NEWT implicitly accepts the idea that we will be taking photos of these adventures, and we will then publish them to encourage others, like you, to do likewise."

I read about a group near Munich that does naked walking that AFAIK lets people opt out from having their pictures posted on the web, but they do shorter walks so it's not worth the 1000 km journey to get there. People they encounter are likely snap pics and post them, but the risk of anyone finding them would be low and I'd take it.
