Only a true 'Trumpy' would fall for this one. It used to be that law firms would line up for the chance to represent a high-profile defendant. But now the lawyers know that if they lose, they might very well be denounced as lousy attorneys and defendants would try to get their convictions reversed as a result of 'inadequate representation.' Add to that the fact that Donald Trump would be doing the accusing and defaming and one can see why big-time law firms will stay away from this one......plus, the chance he'll refuse to pay them for their services even if their client is acquitted. Still, there's always some attorney out there that will take the case because they can't resist the public and legal exposure and recognition of representing a high-profile client like Trump.
