Trump co-defendant, Floyd, attended Giuliani trial and sat in section behind Ruby Freeman and her daughter. Trump co-defendant flirts with violating bond conditions by attending Giuliani trial
If Floyd was hoping to feel exonerated by Giuliani's testimony (that he chose not to give at the last minute), he's a disappointed co-defendant.
Kinzinger's assessment of Giuliani. Adam Kinzinger Names Rudy Giuliani's 'Superpower' In Scathing Takedown excerpt; “I think it goes to show, obviously, he’s a pathological liar or he’s insane, and I’m not quite sure he’s insane.”
Floyd has shown a propensity for lack of control of his words and actions. He assaulted a federal agent who was trying to service a subpoena to him. He was arrested later. He has to defend himself in that case in addition to being a co-defendant of Trump in the GA election subversion case.
Floyd is currently in jeopardy of having his bond revoked due to statements he's been making on social media including those concerning Freeman (who Trump mentioned 18 times during his phone call to Raffensperger that was laden with conspiracy narratives and referred to Freeman as a professional vote scammer and hustler). DA Willis has petitioned to have his bond revoked.
Harrison Floyd - Wikipedia excerpt: "In 2019, Floyd announced his candidacy for the Georgia's 7th congressional district as a Republican, but dropped out of the race just over a month later.[2][1] In a campaign ad, Floyd showed images of left-wing figures Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez before firing a gun, saying, "I'll fight socialists in Congress the same way I fought terrorists in the desert."[1]"
Harrison Floyd - Wikipedia excerpt: "In May 2023, Floyd was charged in federal court in Maryland with second-degree assault against a federal officer.[5][2][1] In an affidavit, an FBI agent stated that Floyd had aggressively confronted him and "body-slammed" him in February 2023, at Floyd's apartment in Rockville, Maryland, as agents tried to serve Floyd with a federal grand jury subpoena related to the U.S. Department of Justice's investigation into efforts to overturn the Presidential results of the 2020 election.[5][2][1] Floyd was subsequently arrested by local police; a federal magistrate judge released him pending trial on the condition that he surrender his passport and not possess weapons.[1]"
Trump is furious at Jack Smith's petition to the Supreme Court that counters his delay tactics. Trump would have wanted a fast ruling if he really thought he had a chance of winning with his immunity claim. “It’s a very sick thing”: Trump rages at Iowa rally after Jack Smith turns the tables excerpt: “Trump has filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him on immunity grounds and now today we see him in front of the court of appeals saying ‘but wait a second, don’t rule on my motion too fast. No need to expedite it. Let’s take our time here.’ And, of course, any criminal defendant who’s under indictment, who has a serious motion to dismiss the charges wants to see that motion ruled on as quickly as possible. Yes, this is a delay game. Even Trump understands that his immunity motion is a loser.”
“It’s a very sick thing”: Trump rages at Iowa rally after Jack Smith turns the tables excerpt: “So, if you are committing crimes as part of your campaign to stay in office, that is not something within the function of the office of the White House,” Weissmann told MSNBC, arguing that the ruling "bodes very well for Jack Smith, and not so good, obviously, for Donald Trump." “You know, it really cannot be the case that just because you're president of the United States, that you can kill somebody or you can just decide to — could you imagine what this would mean?” he added. “Can you really have a second term where the president who was told, by the way, you have absolute immunity to commit crimes in office. Just cannot be the case."
If the Supreme Court doesn't take up the immunity claim now, it will be faced with it later in 2024 after it would go through a lengthier process in the full appeals court (what Trump wants). That would put an SC ruling in the limelight closer to the 2024 election, which it probably doesn't want. It's better if the SC resolves Trump's immunity claim now.

To protect Trump and his rioters, Trump's attorney, Habba, is calling upon the Supreme Court to intervene and impress law and order onto Merrick Garland and Jack Smith. Trump Lawyer Says Supreme Court — One-Third Appointed By Trump — Must ‘Step In And Stop’ Jan 6 Cases
Trump's attorney, Habba, is likely to be disappointed with the Supreme Court if it adjudicates Trump's claim of absolute immunity. Trump has lost multiple times in court on that claim when it wasn't nearly as fringe as what he's now claiming in the Smith case. He lost a similar immunity claim this week in the Carroll case. Jack Smith's prosecution of Trump could be delayed a few months. The March 4, 2024 tentative trial date would probably slip to summer 2024, still before the election if no other significant delay tactics are used by Trump. Trump has a scheduled federal documents trial in May 2024 being run by Cannon. He has another criminal trial in NY in March 2024. His GA criminal trial will probably extend into early 2025.
